The hotel is a traditional British hotel, the hotel is not big, the decoration is very delicate. The location is convenient, in the Covent Garden pedestrian street, close to the subway, and within walking distance to the British Museum and Art Museum. The hotel has a great breakfast and a free drink bar.

The service of the hotel reception staff is not good. They arranged for us to stay in the ba*****t room. There is no elevator and we have to go through a long staircase to get to the room. It is very hard for our elderly guests. In addition, there is a strong smell of damp air after entering the room , feeling uncomfortable, and some unpleasant experiences, made us feel that we would not choose this kind of hotel with unworthy service and charges.

Fabulous service, convenient and well-situated property, delicious and wide ranging food choices, well-appointed, modern and comfortable rooms. The concierge was so helpful with restaurant recommendations both in advance and during our stay and helped us to re-route our travel plans due to a train strike. Our stay was perfection. Highly recommend.

A perfect vacation stay. I so enjoyed my three nights at this property. It is well situated, very comfortable, and the staff is exceptional. This is my first time staying at this hotel, and it will certainly not be my last. I only wish I had stayed longer and London!

Just a perfect hotel. We stay here a few times a year. The staff are friendly and recognise us with a genuine (I think) welcome back each time. A special shout out to Nicky at the concierge desk on this trip. He went out of his way to secure Kit Kemp Alphabet mugs from a local store and had them delivered to my room. Absolutely awesome!

We came down for a couple of nights and stayed at the Covent Garden Hotel. A very classy establishment. Well appointed rooms and the staff were very friendly and professional. Breakfast is cooked to order with vegetarian options. A charming hostelry and I hope to return in the future.

Worst experience I did have not only missed the booking, but blamed me afterwards, was waiting for 2 hours for sassy receptionist to confirm they're was to blame options she suggested was find other hotel

We stayed at the Covent Garden Hotel for five nights in January, 2024. This is a spectacular hotel; sumptuous accommodations, friendly, knowledgeable staff and an amazing restaurant. The staff knew us by name from our first check in and were so helpful in providing directions and suggestions. This was a great location with lots to do and see within walking distance plus easy access to the Underground. Our room was on the second floor, very quiet, comfortable and spacious. We had breakfast included and took advantage of the buffet each morning, just wonderful. We had dinner at Max Brassiere twice, amazing food, service and ambience, an excellent value. Can’t wait to return.

Gorgeous hotel in Seven Dials with fantastic service. Big thank you to the gentleman who walked our luggage to the Underground with us. He went above and beyond to ensure we got to where we needed to be with kindness and humor. Yes the design is exquisite and the location is perfect, but I promise you that it is always the staff that push a hotel from a 8-9 to a 10. Thank you for a memorable stay, and I look forward to returning!
