The hotel tries to project excellent service; staff will even place napkins on your lap during breakfast, yet dirty plates might remain on the table until the end of your meal. Speaking of breakfast, it's à la carte. My partner and I didn't find it tasty. The choices are limited: either eggs or something sweet like waffles/granola. The natural juice is diluted and sugary. The coffee, however, is not bad. The room is small but everything is convenient. The outdoor shower is a definite highlight! Regarding the sea – they say you can't swim there. But if you go right from the hotel, opposite the buoy, there's a sandy entry. Grab your masks and go for it! You'll find turtles, fish – everything. The pools are good, large, and deep. The sunset needs no review; it's magnificent! There are cafes nearby where you can eat. The food is tasty and without any surprises."

"The hotel is very small. A tiny, shallow pool takes up the entire area – it's purely for decoration, and you can't swim in it – it's so dirty you can barely see the bottom. It also has a lot of chlorine. I asked for it to be cleaned for two days, but the staff ignored me. I booked this hotel specifically because of the pool. After swimming in it once, the chlorine didn't wash off for three days... I should have chosen a different hotel, which I did (everything was great there). Well, back to this hotel. The room has a TV, air conditioning, and a kettle with tea and coffee bags. There's no refrigerator. The bed is soft and comfortable. The floor is tiled. It's about a 15-minute walk to the sea. You can rent a bike (200 rubles per day). The hotel is located next to the mosque. That's why, starting at 5 a.m., calls to prayers of repentance begin blaring through the huge speakers attached to the "minaret." It's unlikely you'll be able to sleep in the morning. The only thing that will help are branded earplugs. I can't recommend this hotel. PS: Check-in is strictly at 2 p.m."

"I was here my family on a diving trip. The dives, while book Senggigi, the dive center will still take you to Gili. When I do a comparison, it is my opinion that staying in Senggigi will give you peace and quiet, especially at this Sheraton. It takes up a private side of the Senggigi beach. The beach is clean as the hotel will assign staff to pick up any rubbish washed ashore. It will be very different if you walk out of the hotel's beach. While the hotel is a bit dated (old conventional design), it has its charm. We love the garden and the shades it provides. It provides good buffet breakfast and my kids love its Tiramisu served in a cup. One of the best Tiramisu we have had. The hotel is not too far away from Mataram where you can get good dinners. A short 10 minutes walk in the evening can bring you to Pura Kaprusan (a Balinese Hindu temple) which gives a spectacular sunset view. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful."
