Gabriel and Jorge, the hosts, can create an atmosphere of being welcome, of being home - not being client XYZ… The suites/apartments have roughly the size of a big hotel room (including a nice bathroom in the rocks), but with a big terrace facing the sea. The mattresses are of good quality so the basis for a good sleep is ensured. The kitchen (which is part of the room) has a single ring (induction) and a microwave - enough to prepare a breakfast, but not a full-fledged dinner. But there are enough nice restaurants in Calheta centre or… one can book a meal prepared by Gabriel, who is not only a great host but also an excellent chef. It was really a wonderful time we had at this place, thanks Gabriel and Jorge!

The experience at Les terrasses was absolutely incredible. The location is fantastic, the rooms were incredibly beautiful and comfortable, but the best of all was how the owners were treating us, we felt totally at home. I will surely come back to the place in the future.

We zijn uiterst vriendelijk ontvangen, we hadden pech met de vlucht en kwamen rond 1.30 uur aan in de nacht. Ze hielden telefonisch contact met ons en stelde ons gerust.. Ze waren wakker gebleven om ons te ontvangen midden in de nacht. Hebben zelfs een wasje gedraaid voor ons. Een heerlijk verblijf gehad in een sfeervolle ambiance. Toplocatie, fijne gastheren !!

Architektonisch wunderschön gestaltet. Meerblick, obere Appartements mit großer Terrasse, schöne Bäder, (hervorragende Matratzen, gefährlich, man schläft zu lange) inmitten von Bananenplantagen. Sehr freundliche Eigentümer (sind jederzeit vorhanden, wenn man Etwas benötigt) Ein Platz zum Erholen.
