Amazing hotel in Mallorca !!!
I stayed for a sages and scientists conference coming from Perth Australia this hotel was incredible. Lovely breakfast and quite pool etc

The public areas of the hotel are very beautiful, with a perfect combination of history and modernity. The hotel has a tennis court, a swimming pool and a free sauna, which are much larger than I thought. I recommend that you book a suite above the basic room type, which will be much better than the basic room type. There are not many breakfast options and the taste is average, but there is a very cute kitten near the kitchen. The key point is that the room is completely dark after the curtains are drawn, which is very friendly to people who have high requirements for the sleeping environment. The basic food in the hotel tastes average and needs to be improved, but there is a Michelin restaurant, which we did not have time to taste and should be good.

The hotel was built in a 19th century castle and is very beautiful.
Every corner is unique, beautiful and comfortable. The facilities are great! The price is right and the staff is very friendly
The hotel's location is very remote and there is no connecting bus service. It is not recommended for those who don't drive. Otherwise, the transportation fee will be too expensive
Breakfast and dinner were very good, but there seemed to be not enough staff and you always had to wait.
But their attitude is very good

Beautiful venue. We stayed mid week, and for a romantic break, I would suggest it. Friday was getting much busier ready for another wedding. Very remote, but very relaxing.

The outdoor areas are very attractive with old world charm. We booked a suite, which was very nice, roomy but not extraordinary. The breakfasts were very good and included in our group's costs. sadly, the service lacked heart. Desk staff were rather sirly. I forgot a brand new dress and a pair of running shoes in the room closet. We made 5 attempts to get the hotel to collect the items and send them on to our second hotel on the island at our expense. Only the 5th communication attempt received a promise to talk to housekeeping. The promised return call from the hotel never happened. A disappointing attitude on the part of hotel staff regarding their guests' belongings.

This was our third visit to Zoetry. We originally visited Zoetry as a potential wedding venue and loved it so much that we booked our wedding here for 2024. Our wedding was unreal and obviously we are bias but all our guests have said it's the best wedding they have been too- mainly because Zoetry is just stunning! We were spoilt with a stay for our Anniversary this year. The improvements to service over the years are clearly noticeable. Our wedding guests had some issues with slow service in the main restaurant and pool bar the day after the wedding last year but this year we had no wait at all for drinks or food. Every time we have visited we have truly been spoilt by all staff. Zoetry is the perfect place for a relaxing weekend away and a complete switch off. Zoetry is remote so if you want to see more of Mallorca- car hire is recommended. If you are here for more than 2 nights it's definitely worth paying for the endless privilege package. Please don't let negative reviews on here stop you from visiting as it really is a wonderful iconic place. 100% worth booking a meal at Andreu Genestra (on site) - we were blown away by the food and both agreed that it is the best Michelin Star restaurant we have dined at. The Sommelier was so knowledgeable and helped us choice from the extensive wine menu. We are already thinking abour next trip back 🥰
