Fantastic stay! The hotel was clean and the staff were so friendly. The food was high standard both at breakfast and dinner with different themed nights. The lunch bar had good food too. The pool area was lovely and never had issue getting sun loungers. Location was decent with plenty of shops and restaurants close by and a short 10-15 min walk to the marina. We would definitely return.

We had a wonderful time at this resort. We were on half board, the dinner options were varied every day and breakfast was good with an omelette station every day and lovely pastries too which was my favourite. The entertainment was good, different genre everyday. There was a kids club in the kids playground in the mornings which my girls used to run to after brekkie. The playground had swings, slides and treehouse for the kids to play, my girls enjoyed it and made lovely friends with the other girls. The swimming pool was great too, there was a smaller pool for younger kids which my girls loved. Cala agulla beach is walking distance from the resort, its a beautiful walk if you take the back route, it is a lovely beach but you have to walk quite a bit inside the beach to get to the middle of the beach. We visited the nearby town Capdepera, we used the bus to get here and it was quick and easy. This town is great if you are looking for picturesque photos. We also visited a Cove nearby but took the taxi for this, the sea by the Cove was beautiful, and there was a snack shop that did the best frappunnico. The main town centre was great with lots of restaurents, bars and shops, this was walking distance from the resort. Overall recommend this resort to young families.

Overall a nice hotel, breakfast had more or less what you expected. The hotel staff was very friendly and service minded. The rooms was 4star level, but the beds were very hard, and the Aircondition didn’t work well. The hotel is a little bit fare for the beach

We had a great time, the hotel is very good. We were half board, food was good and varied. We stayed in a suite with terrace which overlooked the pool, we could watch the entertainment from here which the kids loved! Indoor pool was a big hit with our kids, the outdoor one was still a little chilly. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Beach a short walk away which is lovely, lots of bars, restaurants and shops, it is a nice walk to the marina. We would love to return sometime!

We had a lovely stay here over October half term. I couldn't fault anything about our experience at the hotel. We had a room with a sea view in block A (I wasn't expecting the sea view so that was a nice surprise). The room was really spacious - sofa bed was made up in the separate living room for our daughter, and I found the beds in the main bedroom very comfy - I slept well. The hotel was pretty quiet and chilled out at this time of year - there were loads of loungers available by the pool all day. I think even if it was busy you wouldn't have trouble finding a sunbed. Towels are available from reception for the outdoor pools. The indoor pool was a real bonus and our daughter loved it. There was a plentiful supply of towels available in the changing room. There is also a sauna and steam room. Outside there's a table tennis table and pool table. Drinks in the bar and at dinner are reasonably priced. It was easy to park our hire car outside the hotel- plenty of on street parking nearby. The food was great- the dinner buffet was very varied, something different every night, with different freshly cooked options available from the hot plate. The breakfast omelettes and pancakes were delicious. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Our daughter loved the mini disco. The mini train stops outside the hotel and it's only a short walk from Cala Agulla and Cala Ratjada. We also really loved the walk from Cala Mesquida to Cala Torta, which was a beautiful, pretty deserted beach. You can also walk to Cala Gat, which was a lovely sandy cove.

Family friendly hotel, catering mainly for the German market although some French arriving today. The rooms are spacious and well maintained, I had an issue with the air con. Having spoken to reception about it, within half an hr the maintenance man was there to fix it! The beach is a 20 min walk to the harbour then along the beautiful path that leads to a small beach. So many bars and restaurants to choose from with lovely boutique style shops too. The food in the hotel is amazing, for dinner you can expect steak, bbq etc to be cooked for you! There is so much choice, you definitely won’t go hungry! The children’s choice is also very good. The entertainment has been good so far! Still her with another 3 nights to go. I’d definitely recommend this hotel, mainly for the relaxing atmosphere, but also the food and hospitality! Bravo

We stayed at the protur for 10 nights in August and loved our stay. We booked a late deal and it was our first time visiting the area and hotel. Due to a delay with our flight and transfer we arrived very tired at 4am but we were greeted with a warm welcome and offered food (which we declined in favour of sleep! but a nice gesture). The room was large and we were lucky enough to be given a room with a jacuzzi bath which was a great extra! In some areas the room needed a little TLC, the bed headboard was peeling and the bath panel didn’t fit quite right, but these were only very very minor details and did not impact on our stay. As mentioned in previous reviews the beds are a little hard but not that bad and it’s personal preference. The rooms and hotel were spotless and the cleaning staff did a wonderful job. The hotel grounds were lovely, green and well maintained. It felt nice and private with trees surrounding the complex. My 5 year old loved the pool and we spent a lot of time there, it’s a good sized pool and we never had any issues getting sun loungers despite it being peak season and the hotel being full. There is also a shallow pool with a small slide for younger children. Initially most of the guests were German with a few other nationalities but later in the week there was more of a spread of different nationalities including a number of English families. We stayed half board and breakfast and dinner was fantastic! Good choice of food and surroundings and the staff were very attentive. Special mention to the head chef Jason who we spent some time talking to, he is very personable, attentive and a credit to the hotel. The bar area by the pool is nice if you choose to order lunch or drinks, we only did this a couple of times due to being full from breakfast! The area has everything you need, shopping, harbour, restaurants and bars. It largely caters for German clientele but this was not a problem for us. The beaches… amazing! They are a little bit of a walk but manageable even with a 5 year old in tow and we enjoyed it. We went in peak season so the beaches were busy but beautiful with crystal clear water. In the evening we mostly stayed at the hotel for drinks and entertainment. We didn’t use the kids club but my son liked the kids disco and the lady who ran this completely on her own was great with the children. The entertainment was mixed but the acrobat/entertainer on the Sunday was fantastic, as was the flamenco dancers and magician on the Mondays. Always a nice atmosphere and we met some lovely families during our stay. We don’t normally tend to go to the same places every year but we loved this hotel and area so we intend on returning! We hope to hire a car next time so we can skip the 2 hour transfer from the airport plus it gives us the ability to explore the area a bit more. If you are looking for a relaxing family holiday in Majorca I would definitely recommend!
