I stayed in the hotel over Easter when my husband was in hospital close by. Jodie and Caroline from reception were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, and I liked the policy of lone women being given a room in the building with the reception on the ground floor.

We recently stayed here for 1 night. We had a lovely friendly greeting at check. We had paid £10 for early check in, this was organised with no issues at all. The room was lovely and clean, we had extra pillows and towels. The bed was extra comfortable and we had a lovely nights sleep. We pre-paid for breakfast which was easy in the morning. Breakfast was delicious and lots of different choices. Would definitely stay again.

Have stayed at this hotel several times when visiting our daughter. No frills hotel but rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Excellent value for money. Restaurant attached to hotel where you can get breakfast at an additional cost.

Stayed one night as hotel is only a few minutes drive from the Royal Mint where we went for a tour. Hotel was clean, comfortable and had very friendly and helpful staff. The Meal deal for breakfast and dinner at The Longbow Beefeater was excellent value with good choice and quality of food. An excellent stay.

The hotel is looking old on the Outside and inside the rooms, you go to a premier inn to watch tv and relax what is difficult on a 12 inch tv the night we got there they was laying carpet in the room above what was annoying but a lick of paint and better shower and tv facilities are needed for the price they charge

I stay here on a weekly basis for one night a week. The hotel is very comfortable & having a restaurant attached makes for a relaxed environment. The staff at both the hotel & restaurant are fantastic....can recommend 100%

Lisa and Chloe , both very welcoming at reception , nothing was too much trouble for either of them . Very nice and an excellent service . Explained how the dinner and breakfast system works and was very easy to follow. Definitely would return and recommend!

Families stay there and kids run around till all hours complained but it did not get resolved we left in the end I have stayed at a few inns and this was the worse, if you stay there be prepared for kids running around till the early hours

Very welcoming staff, would definitely stay again. Never had a problem with staying at this location as used a few times as it is ideal when visiting family. Only problem is if the restraint next door is busy I wouldnt even both trying as we went for a evening meal on Saturday night and the serving time was abysmal but this has nothing to do with Premier inn staff or their service.
