The hotel is in a spectacularly wonderful location, overlooking the lake. The only drawbacks for us were the beds (which were single beds), and the restaurant. The buffet breakfast was fine, but that's where it came to a grinding halt was., unfortunately. Items on the menus were not available, and the quality of the food was below par. It's a shame because a hotel with wonderful views like that should have a good chef and a bustling restaurant. I don't know, but I don't think it got any external guests while we were there and if so, that would be the reason. I hasten to add that we did not eat any of the Chilean dishes on the menu, just the standard Western fare of pizzas or toasted sandwiches. But the staff were wonderful - particularly Martin in the restaurant. Very friendly and helpful.

Hotel is in dire need of revocation. I can tolerate the 1970s bathroom suite but not the bathroom mold. No heating in bedroom. No internet in bedrooms and minimal internet in public areas. No water or coffee in rooms. Staff are willing, but demoralised and poorly trained. I don’t think the hotel has a concierge and as it also lacks an elevator, you had better not arrive with heavy luggage. The breakfast will stave off starvation but that is about all you can say for it. Small details irritated. My room would have had a nice lake view, but the view was totally blocked by the gardens.

The cabins were very old. The one we were assigned didn't have an intercom, the windows were bad, the shower cut out in half, the remote control had no batteries, was freezing, the bathroom leaked and the entire floor was wet, and several other issues. We had to move cabins. The other cabin was better, but they still felt very old. It takes a long time to change towels every four days if we're in a cold place; they never dry. The maid service in the cabin doesn't replenish shampoo, soap, or towels. You have to ask for everything. They should include that in the details. The place is beautiful and incredible, all its facilities and entertainment areas are very good, but the old and poorly maintained cabins ruin everything.

The pool water is almost cold, as the pool is heated and not tempered, so keep this in mind before coming. The changing rooms are very unkempt, only cold water in the showers. The lockers have no keys. Everything is in a terrible state, with lots of fungus.

Horrible experience, we went with my family and the bathroom was full of mushrooms. No heating, everything was old, we ate in the dining room with my husband and the service was also terrible, with no enthusiasm, we ordered a dish for two and the girl had no idea how to give me the information. We ordered a hake that had totally detestable hair. The staff never gave me a concrete answer. I just want to mention that the view is beautiful, waking up to that lake is a beautiful experience, for the rest, just keep the desire, better save those pesos.
