Amazing staff, so clean and amazing breakfast… wonderful staff thank you …breakfast was superb, easy access for car parking…. Beautifully surroundings and the welsh people are so friendly and welcoming… I would definitely recommend to stay

Lovely hotel, very clean and modern. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Hotel was Easy to find and was walking distance from Abergavenny town centre. I considered it very good value for money.

A little haven of peace. As a couple with 4 kids, we wanted an escape and a few good nights sleep and that's exactly what we got. The room was silent. I was concerned at first arriving at how close it is to the main road but the you cant hear it at all. No traffic noise and despite the room next to us being occupied, I couldn't hear a sound. Slept like a rock on a huge king size bed with blackout curtains that kept the room dark. Nice lighting meant we could have it as we liked it. Aircon meant we could have the room at the temperature we liked. The room was clean, simple amenities in the room but it's not Mayfair, it's as expected. Freeview tv is easy enough to figure out. The shower is a good pressure and gets good and hot. Brewers fayre is good good place, breakfast was nice, had dinner there as well. The staff were friendly and helpful. Honestly I couldn't fault the place and for the price, it's an absolute steal. I'd definitely stay here again.

Stayed here to celebrate grand daughters Birthday including a trip to the butterfly zoo nearby. Room was clean, air conditioning a nice extra especially being able to control the temperature. Extra pillows available in room nice touch and didn't have to worry about hair dryer etc. as that was already in the room. Had the cooked breakfast in attached brewers fayre and that had plenty of choice and food was nice and hot - freshly made

Needed to stay close to Abergavenny town for the night and the room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was value for money £9.99 eat as much as you like, continental and cooked. A 25min walk into town

Have been coming for 7 consecutive weeks whilst under taking training in the Brecon’s with approximately 100 staff. The Staff of both hotel and restaurant have been excellent. Professional, polite and helpful. Thank you. The rooms are as expected clean and comfortable.

Brewers Fayre opposite is easy for breakfast and dinner without the need to go into town. The wi fi could be better ! Basic TV channels. The only facility in the room is a kettle for boiling water - no fridge provided. Some parts of the bathroom could be cleaner but otherwise ok

The hair of the previous customer's were found in the bathroom and on the working desk. I was given another room, yet that one had an issue of drained battery on the TV remote. Just a hassle of moving my kit around.
