Just spent a very happy week in the self-catering flat here, its a return visit as it is a gorgeous spot to visit. The view from the rooms is over to the woods and is very tranquil. We were greeted by one of the alpacas on several days and they are a delight, as are the robins and blue tits that were just pottering about on the balcony. (When people talk about peaceful spaces this is what they should mean). The accommodation is spacious and very well appointed, comfortable beds, great shower and bathroom and a well equipped kitchen with large fridge and freezer. We opted for Helen's breakfast a couple of times as the spread she puts on which is standard for their b&b guests is amazing, delicious and very generous, with a wide variety of fruit, yoghurt, cereal, bread as well as cooked to order breakfasts (wish I had taken a photo of the table as it always looks so colourful and inviting). Feel very spoilt afterwards. Hosts are very friendly and knowledgeable about area whether its where to eat, what to visit etc and Helen also does catering if required. Will definitely be returning soon, the feeling of well rested and restored is wonderful.
