Esplanade Hotel Llandudno

Clean and spacious rooms. Good breakfast spread and hot options, plenty for vegans and vegetarians too. Only issue is some of their rooms don’t get their WiFi. They were kind enough to shift us to a room where service was better and WiFi connectivity was available.

The receptionist lady was very kind and helpful. That was the only highlight of this place. Although the front desk and restaurant “The GOAT” were very presentable, everything else about this hotel was mediocre at best. The corridor maze was straight from Alice in the Wonderland, and it’s not very accessible for wheelchairs or elderly people. The room was very small, window open/held by 2 pieces of wood, bathroom without fan extractor so all the steam would go inside the bedroom. No proper water drainage for the shower too, so the water was all around. The most irritating and unbelievable part is that almost whole building didn’t have WiFi, except the ground floor near the reception. Naturally, don’t expect a phone to call for room service. Didn’t eat at the restaurant. Didn’t book seaside view room.

Very nice location, room and view! The room is so clean, neat and tidy. We just walk not using any transport to reach any attractions. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Llandudno.

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the pier, and there are many shops and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and helpful. You can pre check in a day before you stay which make the process much more efficient and smooth.

Room is not clean and my room got a slope which is wired
