Seren Villa

We stayed one night 16th March. The staff were lovely, couldn't do enough for you. We were shown to the room and Christine explained where everything was and where to get extra tea/coffee etc. What a lovely idea to have them presented nicely on each landing. The facilities in the room were exceptional - even a protective mat to put straighteners on etc. and coasters. Christine kindly provided extra pillows and 2 soft blankets. Very clean. We had the Attic Suite and it was very roomy. Lovely to have a sofa and chairs so you could watch TV in a separate part of the room. Even another chair by where the tea and coffees were. Christine even brought my son some biscuits, as we were there for a Swimming Gala. Thank you so much - he loved them!. There is nothing really I didn't like. I would have to be really nit picking to mention anything wrong. It is really nice to find such a pleasant Guest House at a very reasonable price in a town I now might as well call my second home, so safe to say I will definitely be back.

Just stopped at Seren Villa this weekend and really can't recommend it enough! The owners are lovely, the room itself was excellent, a really nice size and the hotel is in an excellent location... Llandudno itself was lovely, a lot nicer than I remember from my last visit many years ago! Can't wait to come back A*****

Lovely and clean comfortably friendly place to stay. Good quality bedding comfortable kingsize bed. Parking on road no problem. Well situated for shopping, promenade station. We were made to feel very welcome. .

A lovely 2 night stay here. Rooms were excellent with good shower facilities, clean and tidy with coffee, tea, and free WiFi included. A very nice continental breakfast is avaliable too. Nothing was too much trouble for owner Paul and family. I was even upgraded to a superior room for no extra cost just because there was one spare. A lovely touch from Paul and much appreciated. I will definitely stay there again and I highly recommended a visit. Thankyou Paul for an excellent service.

A wonderful Guest House in a quiet residential part of Llandudno. We had a groundfloor room which was very large with a sumptuous kingsize bed "memory foam over springs". The Wi Fi in the room was excellent, and we had two comfortable chairs to watch TV. The owners were very friendly,and we hope to comeback soon

Fantastic hosts, immaculately clean and wonderful location. Great response and help afterwards with an item we left in the room. Property is within easy walking distance of the centre and beach. Highly recommended and we will visit again.

Fantastic place to stay . Room very roomy and bed so comfy. Very clean and bright . Host was lovely so friendly , polite and helpful. Would have stayed another night if they hadn’t been fully booked . So close to the town about 7 min walk . Will definitely go again and highly recommend. Thank You Seren Villa

Wonderful people own this wonderful establishment! Only a short walk to the promenade and to West Shore Beach! Hospitality was lovely and we really enjoyed our stay in this clean, quiet and well look after guest house.

I’ve stayed here for 4 nights over the Easter 2022 weekend. Paul and Christine were extremely friendly and welcoming. As soon as you enter the reception hall, there’s relaxing music playing, candles and a lovely scent, great attention to detail. I felt very relaxed straight away. My room was very clean, well ventilated, fresh, clean bed linen and towels. The towels get changed every day on request (note in the bathroom to explain). Tea and coffee available in my room, and a television. Seren Villa is situated very centrally in Llandudno between the West Shore and North Shore beaches, just a few minutes walk to either. Town centre just a few minutes walk away as well. Considering the the central location, it’s quiet at night and I was glad to have booked here instead of along the pier, where it’s rather noisy and very busy. The location is also excellent for walking the coastal path between Llandudno and Conwy, but also if you want to explore further afield, like Snowdonia or Portmeirion, which are only just over an hours drive away. The continental breakfast is served by request and consists of a choice of cereal, toast/croissants, fresh fruit, choice of yogurt and coffee or tea. Very well prepared and presented. If I could feedback for improvement, I’d suggest unsweetened porridge and/or unsweetened muesli and boiled eggs as a choice for breakfast. Having come from Scotland to visit, I love my porridge! But otherwise 10/10. I had a lovely, relaxing stay here and can highly recommend Seren Villa. Relaxing atmosphere, friendly owners, clean rooms, and- very important - great value for money compared to other local hotels, including budget hotels, with better and higher quality service. Schon beim Betreten der Empfangshalle erklingt entspannende Musik, Kerzen und ein herrlicher Duft, viel Liebe zum Detail. Ich habe mich sofort sehr entspannt gefühlt. Mein Zimmer war sehr sauber, gut belüftet, frische, saubere Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Die Handtücher werden auf Wunsch täglich gewechselt (Hinweis im Bad erklärt). Tee und Kaffee in meinem Zimmer und ein Fernseher. Seren Villa liegt sehr zentral in Llandudno zwischen den Stränden West Shore und North Shore, nur wenige Gehminuten von beiden entfernt. Stadtzentrum ebenfalls nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. In Anbetracht der zentralen Lage ist es nachts ruhig und ich war froh, hier gebucht zu haben, anstatt am Pier, wo es ziemlich laut und sehr voll ist. Die Lage eignet sich auch hervorragend für Wanderungen entlang dem Küstenpfad zwischen Llandudno und Conwy, aber auch, wenn Sie weiter entfernte Gebiete wie Snowdonia oder Portmeirion erkunden möchten, die nur etwas mehr als eine Autostunde entfernt sind.
