The room is very comfortable and clean, with all the comforts an facilities!! Nice lobby, bathroom and design. Good beds, air conditioner. Have balcony with seats. View to the main road and market. The staff is friendly and polite. I would recommend this hotel to anyone how wants to sleep in Ljubljana (we fared from Riga to Istria).

This is the second worst hotel I've ever been (and I've been in many). The room was the dirties I have ever seen, and smell was horrible. I couldn't change hotel because I came late in the evening. Room was very plain, television small, pillow uncomfortable. In the morning it was very noisy (but it was not such problem since I couldn't wait to leave the room). Breakfast was served in small place and food was below average. Only staff could get some compliments since they were polite.

I stayed here for two nights and the service was great. I came later than 22.00 but they still managed to give me the keys of my room. The room was clean and very warm. The receptionist also called a taxi for me when I needed to catch my return bus. The bus stop is literally in front of the hotel and in just 20 minutes one can get into the centre of Ljubljana.

Due to bad isolation and tiny walls you can hear everhing - cars on main bisy road Celovška and noisy neighbours as well. Sheets had bad smell and were quite old with holes. Otherwise, room was guite OK, vintage stile - not renovated for years. Toalet was nice and we got shampoo and shower gel. First night was really noisy, so we can not sleep at all, but next night was a little bit better. It is quite distant from the City centre, so location is not so good. All in all, I can not recomend this place, due to poor value for money.

I had a really bad experience here. The worst thing was the room and how noisy it was. If you want to sleep past 6AM it is literally impossible due to how busy the street is. You can hear every single movement in the hotel, especially because doors shut very poorly and you have to shut them hard. Therefore, when somebody closes their door, the whole hotel can hear it. It looks good, but that’s about it. The quality is really poor, many faults in the camera such as broken handles, missing AC remote or falling wallpaper. Not a great location either, excluding the noisiest street in Ljubljana. At least the breakfast was good and the rooms were clean.

Stayed in this hotel for almost a week and Marsha the receptionist/staff has been amazing preparing us some nice breakfasts every single day what a lovely lady. Credits to her and the breakfast chef too lovely vegan/vegetarian food. The hotel owner maybe should visit their hotel rooms and check the quality or training should be provided to the house keeping staff as it was a major let down to your guests staying for a few days. The food/ beverage/ receptionist/chef deserve to work elsewhere providing their 5 star customer service skills. It is ashame as your hotel is rated a 3 star but the room standard failed the cleanliness and should be no star at all. The bed linen, duvet/duvet sheet and pillow cases were absolutely disgusting and they all smell horrible (not washed properly). I asked the guy receptionist to change them but nothing was done the entire week we stayed with the same smelly sheets and when i checked underneath it was so dusty and found a random water bottle wow. All shampoos and lotion were out of date too. No trace of fabric softener or cleaning products not even a hint of air freshener everything is musty and mouldy odours in the room. It was a major let down as the photos online are misleading. I would recommend to eat and dine in this hotel but not to stay overnight. I know you get what you paid for but out of all the 3 star hotel rooms me and my partner stayed in this one i would never ever recommend. This place should definitely close down the hotel rooms and go through clean and safe protocols as they are out of order. Thanks again to the front/food and beverage staff Marsha and chef you are both amazing, keep up the good work!

Hotel un pò fuori dal centro cittadino, ma facilmente raggiungibile in auto. E' un vecchio stabile decisamente rimodernato. Nella norma la colazione. Pur essendo sulla strada, camera abbastanza silenziosa e comoda. Inspiegabile l'uso del wifi che funziona (peraltro non sempre) solo ai piani con una determinata password e non al piano terra.

Hotel molto bello, moderno. La ragazza in reception molto brava, peccato che fosse fisicamente poco presente. Do due stelle perché era tutto molto sporco. Lenzuola sporche (peli e macchia di sangue), terrazzo pieno di sigarette per terra, bagno non pulito, ragnatele ovunque. Il buffet per la colazione non male, ma anche qui tovaglie sporche, piatti idem e nessuna figura professionale presente in caso di bisogno. Peccato perché è molto molto molto bello e anche comodo al centro .
