The hotel is in an exceptional location, right in the center, the structure is well maintained and the conditions of the room were excellent, clean and with very modern furnishings. The breakfast, served in an elegant space, was rich and complete. Two notes to improve are the somewhat distracted and not always professional staff and the swimming pool which was very cold and in general the spa could be reviewed and improved. Access to the spa was through the hotel next door on the ninth floor in a modest space and by reservation only.

The hotel has beautiful environment and convenient transportation.

Room was super and the location ideal. There were some construction outside with a lot of movements of people outside the windows of the room. Personell and breakfast were vey good

GREAT HOTEL AND LOCATION. IT WAS OUR 4TH TIME TO LJUBLJANA. WE ALWAYS STAY AT THIS HOTEL. FRONT DESK EMPLOYEES ARE THE BEST! THE ONLY THING I WOULD LIKE TO SEE BACK IS THE FRONT LOBBY BAR. ITS SO NICE. ITS A SITTING ROOM AND COMPUTER ROOM NOW.

This hotel is located in a perfect spot in Llubjana, right on the edge of the pedestrian only old town. Park your car in the adjacent garage. Room was large, clean with nice bathroom. The free breakfast buffet was outstanding. The concierge got us a reservation at a restaurant he selected that was the best meal of our vacation.

Great location, decent breakfast, and graceful, Old-world hotel that has been updated for the most part...What's missing? 1) a modern AC system such that in mild fall nights (like the four that I spent there), you have a choice between frying from the oven-like heat because there is no AC ...or keeping the windows open and trying to get sleep with the VERY loud pedestrian street below. 2) Also, the restaurant and room service menus as laugh-out-loud tiny with about 4 things to order for appetisers and 5 for main dishes...I've seen food trucks with larger menus

Excellent location in the middle of everything steps away from Ljubljana Castle, the river, shops, restaurants. I wish we would have stayed longer. It is the perfect hotel for a visit

This hotel was fantastic. The location was excellent, the hotel is right a the beginning of the old town, all the restaurants and museums. The staff at the hotel was extremely pleasant and wanted us to have the best experience possible. The room was very comfortable, large, clean and the bathroom excellent. Everything was new and comfortable. We highly recommend this property.

Excellent property, wonderful helpful staff, central location. Dining options surprisingly limited though, only a bar menu for dinner with one dining room.
