Staff was extremely courteous and helpful, especially Eric, Amy and Ashley. Room was clean and spacious - will stay again if I'm in the area.

Room needs a good deep clean. Bathroom base boards could use some attention along with the shower curtain.

The stay was great until the morning. Your hotel “manager” at the front desk wanted to argue with an employee in the phone for being ten minutes late to work, and then loudly discuss it with a couple of other employees standing at the front desk while my kids and I are sitting in the breakfast area trying to eat our breakfast. Very rude, very unprofessional, and not something any hotel guest should have to hear. Otherwise, hotel was clean, room was as expected snd the guy working in the breakfast area was great with keeping things stocked.

Friendly and comforting staff, made check in and out very easy. Room was amazing comfort and quality. I will return and recommended for family and friends.

Bathroom was not terribly clean especially around baseboards. Cinnamon rolls at breakfast were very stale. Disappointing.

Our stay was very pleasant, and the breakfast was great, several choices of breakfast food and the coffee was smooth and creamy, Thank you Holiday Inn

Slow check in but room was clean. Service was good. A bit noisy. Some patrons arguing.

Room was comfortable, but, the house keeping doesn’t do a good job cleaning the rooms.
