Liverpool Hotels & Accommodations

Excellent Property. Finishes level at a 5 star level. Staff very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking within the property. Walking distance to Liverpool Hospital. Only issues: Shower Head and water pressure - probably the worst i have ever experienced in a hotel. I understand 5 star water conservation, but the lack of flow made it difficult to shower under.

Room was great with a kitchen that had everything we needed. Be aware when using Google maps for directions to the parking lot as Google maps will send you to a neighbouring building. We had an issuewith the adjustable shower head not locking into place. The outside noise is very loud even with the windows closed. The bed was Hard and uncomfortable. Other than those issues, the room was a good size for two adults. The room and shower were clean. Location is close to the train station and restaurants. Staff were helpful.

We had confirmation for a 12 noon check in via email. When we arrived I was told that we do not do 12 noon check in times? I explained to the lady on reception that we had confirmation via email that it was confirmed for a 12 noon check in. When I showed her, I got a negative response. We where told that I would be contacted as to when the room will be available. We had to wait 2 hours before our room was ready, which was at 2pm. We where missing shampoo's and body wash, I had spoken to reception about this and was told that room service will drop them of to us, Well it took them 2 days to get to us after asking several times. Not a great 4 night experience this time around staying here.

We had an unfortunate time in October 2019 were our father had to have a quadrupal heart bypass. We looked at places to stay close to Liverpool hospital. We ended up staying at the El Toro at Liverpool. The Welcome we got was nothing but AAA class, the service we got in the pub and restaurant that is attached to the motel again AAA class.The meals that we had all fresh and beautiful. To name two of the staff although all staff were very friendly Jay and especially Cassie went rite out of their way to make sure that we were happy. Well done keep up the good work. Cheers. The hotel room is clean and tidy, the shower room and toilet are huge, and there are free wine coupons. You can go to the small bar downstairs to get a free beer. The food in the bistro is delicious and not expensive, but it doesn't open until 11 o'clock in the morning. You can smoke on the balcony and beer garden at the entrance of the first floor, which is considerate. There is also a game console room where you can play, one-stop service. On the day I left, I wanted to walk around Sydney more. The front desk also provided free storage boxes. I didn't even give them a chance to pay if I wanted to. The attitude was very good. Now I'm waiting for the bistro to open to eat fried noodles, and when I come back to pick up my bag in the evening, I'll have dinner and then go to the airport. Although it is almost 20 kilometers away from the city, there is a subway station right outside the door, making it convenient to go anywhere. I got an Opal bus card as soon as I got out of the airport, so I can go wherever I want. I originally wanted to extend the stay for one more night, but there was no room available. Those who had a room had already exceeded the budget. All in all, the price/performance ratio is very high. I will stay here again next time I come to Sydney.

for australia it was good comfortable , i just needed sleep early they let me check in early. usually this chain of hotel i never stay in other countries there over prized, very basic and tiny dull rooms. for sydney however for this location it was good , does fit 3 people in one room too. still a dodgy company though , my girlfriend worked for this hotel as cleaner in elizabeth st melbourne 2012 , they always get chinese cleaners and never pay them super , just $10 hour. very unethical management and bosses as that franchise, this location i saw aussie cleaners and i presume they were treated,better.

We stayed in a family room prior to a game at the Olympic Stadium. The facilities were dated but clean. Unfortunately, though, our room smelled quite strongly of cigarette smoke. Our room faced Paramatta Road, so it was noisy and bright, but the block out blinds help a bit. The shared bathrooms were OK. There is one room for the women that has a toilet, shower, and sink. The other option is an area with 2 toilet stalls and a shower over tub with no walls or curtain and a window that's permanently open, so I imagine that would be cold in the winter.

The hotel itself is very good. The pool area is small but is on the 9th floor so has a good view. Gavin at the pool bar was extremely friendly & helpful. More seats/Sun lounges are needed & more shade. If the 4 cabanas were taken out there would be a lot more room for seating & a huge shade could be put up. The staff are very friendly although there wasn’t enough staff on when we had dinner. I couldn’t find anything on the menu I could eat as I have food intolerances. I had to seek out a waitress & ask for help. Thankfully ‘Jenny’ spoke with the chef & I had fish & salad. (It did still cost $42 which was the price for the fish meal on the menu). We waited for well over an hr for our meals & my husband’s was not what he ordered. Due to the fact we had waited so long he agreed to eat it. Bit of a disappointing experience. We didn’t have breakfast at the restaurant as we weren’t able to use my Accor card on a public holiday. I can’t justify spending $70 for the two of us when there’s not a lot of food options for me. We ended up sharing a room service meal which was good.

Very good stay here at the ibis for what i needed at the time. Very quiet comfortable living for the price and close to everything i needed. Comfortable bed and quiet clean room. Across the road literally got some good fast food joints oportos harrys pies and peas and the kebab shop otherwise a minute or two walk from kfc and maccas if in fix of a good meal and dont want to drive other wise vending machine on the groundlevel if not very picky Counter staff were fantastic and helpful even when i had to check out a day earlier due to unforseen circumstances even let me know that my phone charger i left behind in a rush would be put out the back which even idk when ill swing by again this year but the thought and gesture was enough to show good form from the manager!

You’ll want to read this, its GREAT!!! My partner and I checked into the Greenacre Hotel on November 24th. After checking in, the desk clerk brought us to the entrance of the hotel building and handed us our room card keys. He then said to us “ The bathrooms are located down the hall outside of your room so don’t leave your room without your cards. You also need them to get into the building so make sure to always have your card on you. I don’t want to receive a call in the middle of the night that you’re locked out of your room”. Totally reasonable , I can understand how that could be frustrating. Many people, throughout the night, forgot their cards in their rooms. How do I know this? They body checked themselves against their door screaming “ let me in”. That wasn’t even the bad part. That I could put up with. The next day, my partner and I woke up early because we had an International Flight to catch. My partner went downstairs to load the car and then I followed about 10 minutes later. When I came outside the building, my partner shouted something at me but it was to late. The door to the building shut behind me. What my partner yelled at me was “ Don’t let the door close, the card isn’t working”. When I tried my card on the door, it just beeped and flashed red. I tried my partners card, the same thing happened. We were locked out and we had to return our rental car within the hour and catch our flight. I immediately called the desk clerk/manager. I told him what happened and his response was “ What do you want me to do, I’m in bed”……..well here’s an idea for you, GET OUT OF BED!!!!!!! I WAS FURIOUS!!! We had both of our cards and it was nowhere near checkout time!!! What kind of response is that, here’s the correct response: “ Oh my goodness, I am so sorry sir. I am currently unavailable but I will send someone there to open the door. Again I cannot apologize enough, this is totally unacceptable. Please send me an email at your earliest convenience and I will provide some kind of compensation, this is truly unacceptable. There will be someone there within the next half hour. Here’s my personal number in case he doesn’t show.” But of course that was not his response. After a bit of arguing, he let me know that someone was going to be opening up the bar downstairs within the next half hour. So, we waited. After a half hour, a gentlemen did show up and I have to give him praise. He moved with urgency and at the end of the day got us back into the building and we made our flight. I still can’t get over “ I’m in bed” , what is that! I’ve worked in the tourism industry for 5 years and this whole experience was just totally unprofessional. I’m looking forward to your response.
