Superbly situated Hotel with friendly staff who are so helpful. Lovely welcome card on arrival and the room was like a mini apartment. Particularly liked the kitchenette and the fact that you could cast to the TV. There isn't a restaurant but plenty of eateries in the local area who offer a discount if you are staying at the hotel. My sister and I will definitely stay again!

Lovely hotel with spacious rooms. Amenities were great with working mini fridge and microwave. Staff were so professional, polite and helpful.

We stayed for my friend's hen weekend, staff were friendly and really helpful in terms of where to eat- the discount sherts were a brilliant idea! All the group were pleased with their rooms,bed were super comfortable and the little kitchen was great, so good to have a fridge. The hotel is in a fancy area for nightlife and a short walk to Liverpool One, we wete able to leave our cases there on Sunday which made shopping a little easier. We would definitely return.

All you need in room worh small kitchen area, great location quiet yet right in town centre. Perfect short stay hotel

Hotel was ideally situated and was clean. Staff could not have been more helpful. My fridge was faulty and it was replaced within 10 minutes. Shower is slightly dated and leaks a bit but worked fine. The pillows are AWFUL! Replace them immediately!

Beautiful, spotless hotel in a great location for trains, shops and restaurants. The staff were all excellent and very friendly. Great offers for nearby restaurants when staying at the Resident. I can highly recommend.
