Everything was great! Our first visit I only had gotten charged $20 holding fee. My next stay I had gotten charged $100 holding fee. Front desk told me it will be released when I checked out! But that was false information. But overall the hotel is awesome!!!!

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Our flight out of Syracuse was cancelled and we needed a place to sleep. Called Super 8 and they sent the shuttle to pick us up from the airport. After a good night sleep and a nice hot shower and another free shuttle ride back to the airport we were on our way. Desk clerk and shuttle drivers were very friendly and helpful. Thank you Super 8 for making what could have been a major situation into a minor inconvenience!

The Good The area is safe The staff very nice very welcoming Breakfast employee is great personality and service The Bad real need for improvement iHG needs to invest in this property All the furnishings are old and worn The couches in the lobby / breakfast area were filthy and the furniture very cheap . The whole area furniture should be tossed and replaced. The plexiglass glass on the front desk is real tacky I’m sure there is a better alternative awful what’s there now The beds were small doubles they were “shot”were also dated and way too small .impossible to sleep with 2 in a bed .No usb outlets just regular 1980 outlets really ? Answer is toss the furniture replace the beds in the whole property The whole facility needs to be redone Really not good If they update the place I would stay again but Shame on Holiday inn. The staff had great attitudes considering the lack of investment by IHG

The hotel was really clean, the breakfast and restaurant were convenient as well as the pool and gym. The rooms were comfortable and accommodated with the weather, with great heating. The people were so sweet and helpful and it was an overall great experience. Especially Cam and Rayelle who were beyond helpful and altruistic.Jonathan (manger of the hotel) made our vacation a memorable one with his great care and hospitality.
