Excellent Property. Finishes level at a 5 star level. Staff very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking within the property. Walking distance to Liverpool Hospital. Only issues: Shower Head and water pressure - probably the worst i have ever experienced in a hotel. I understand 5 star water conservation, but the lack of flow made it difficult to shower under.

Room was great with a kitchen that had everything we needed. Be aware when using Google maps for directions to the parking lot as Google maps will send you to a neighbouring building. We had an issuewith the adjustable shower head not locking into place. The outside noise is very loud even with the windows closed. The bed was Hard and uncomfortable. Other than those issues, the room was a good size for two adults. The room and shower were clean. Location is close to the train station and restaurants. Staff were helpful.

Positives - Easily accessible bus stop right out front - ID and card details to check in so no annoying bond held - EXCEPTIONAL customer service!! The lady at check in was so warm and welcoming and made me feel like a valued guest which is so refreshing as having stayed in many budget price point accommodations over the years great customer service is definitely not the norm so I thank them greatly for that. - Excellent price point paid $85 for the night - Great standard of cleaning - Quiet - Microwave available in common area Negatives - The plastic stool was very short and uncomfortable. - No tea bags or anything in the room, says all removed due to COVID prevention but doesn’t really make sense considering everything e.g. soap bars, bed sheets, are all going to be handled and put in the room so how individually packaged coffee/tea is higher risk I don’t understand.

We had an unfortunate time in October 2019 were our father had to have a quadrupal heart bypass. We looked at places to stay close to Liverpool hospital. We ended up staying at the El Toro at Liverpool. The Welcome we got was nothing but AAA class, the service we got in the pub and restaurant that is attached to the motel again AAA class.The meals that we had all fresh and beautiful. To name two of the staff although all staff were very friendly Jay and especially Cassie went rite out of their way to make sure that we were happy. Well done keep up the good work. Cheers. The executive suite room itself was extremely clean. The kitchen all the utensils and everything needed. Massive king sized bed. Air-con worked well. Shower water pressure was amazing too. The reason for 4 stars, I stayed over the Easter weekend. There was kids constantly running up and down the corridor and shouting loud the whole time I was there. I seen the parents at the end of corridor and asked if there’s a chance they could try keep the noise down, but there was a language barrier and they said they couldn’t speak English. The reception closes at 5pm and reopened at 9am the following morning. I checked out very early, well before they opened so nothing I could do as the number that was left for “after hours” wasn’t answered. Yes I would recommend this place and yes I would stay again but this experience did put a bit of a dampener on it.

I chosed to stay in this hotel because of its location. I want to be close to the Canley Vale area plus I'm an Accor member so this hotel was the best fit for searches. I was really impressed. I arrived 2 hours early for check up but I was pleasant surprised that .t room and key was all ready to go. The lady at the reception was fantastic she gave me a clear run down of all the facilities and directions. I had a suite and that was outstanding. Had a lounge area, well equipped kitchen, bathtub in bathroom, nice balcony overlooking the pool and a nearby cricket ground. The bed was great nice firm mattress. A very small bad mark with the electronic blackout curtains. I learned how to use it easily but there positions were not totally tight to the end so light was getting in early in the morning. I had breakfasts included and that was great with excellent selections of food. It is right next to the Liverpool Catholic Club so just need a temp pass and you can enjoy the restaurants there and looks like there was a big playground for kids inside. Outside there is a sports building with an ice rink and mini golf. I dont have my kids with me for this trip but I can see they will be very busy if they come here. Parking is free either right outside the hotel uncovered or a little bit further undercover at the Catholic club. All free. The staff was generally well mannered apart from a man on Day 2 at the reception who probably was having a bad day. Special mention to my fellow kiwi from Huntly who looked after me outside the club entrance we had a warm catch up about NZ where I'm from. Check out was super quick and I was well looked after. Overall, if I want to stay around the Liverpool area I would definitely return here again.

I visit about once a month, and have been doing so for a long time. The staff are very welcoming and go out of their way to organise my booking in my preferred room. The suite is excellent. Always impeccably clean, and perfect for my requirements. The hotel is within easy walking distance to Parramatta’s CBD and restaurants. I intend to return each time my business takes me to Parramatta

If you stay for 3 days or more, you must choose an apartment, which is more cost-effective than a king-bed room. The apartment has a large area, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and the kitchen is very complete. If you need to buy your own spices for cooking, there is an Asian supermarket a few hundred meters away, which is very convenient for purchasing. There is a balcony where you can see the beautiful night view is great for people who travel for work to have a washer dryer

We stayed in a family room prior to a game at the Olympic Stadium. The facilities were dated but clean. Unfortunately, though, our room smelled quite strongly of cigarette smoke. Our room faced Paramatta Road, so it was noisy and bright, but the block out blinds help a bit. The shared bathrooms were OK. There is one room for the women that has a toilet, shower, and sink. The other option is an area with 2 toilet stalls and a shower over tub with no walls or curtain and a window that's permanently open, so I imagine that would be cold in the winter.

We always stay here when we go to the hospital. If you call and book that way you can get hospital rates, if that’s where you’re going! So accomodating, and they’re more than happy to go above and beyond to ensure you’re comfortable. Parking is convenient and there’s plenty of it. Such a convenient location, we stay there when we have things at the public and private hospital. Close to bus stops, the station and great food locations. The Thai a few doors up is amazing. Also the restaurant attached to the motel is great!
