Second time here, once on the way back from Florida and now on the way back. It’s not a beautiful contemporary hotel in a quaint location. Not by a long shot but: - large rooms in a condo style (small complete kitchen, sofa area, comfy bedroom corner and separate bath) - a little outdated but clean and very well kept - lotsa weekly guests so it’s homey - 1st time surprise: walk in and are told that diner is served until 19:00! What? Yes they have a diner and breakfast included in the price on most nights. Nothing fancy but better than searching for a fast food take out - staff is friendly and helpful (Brian thank you), it’s quiet and not fussy. So this is it: don’t expect much and you will be pleasantly surprised. By the way, the rates are good, the parking ample, etc And just a couple of miles off I 81.

Shabby and rundown hotel, simple breakfast with muffin as the main course. Additionally, the sound proofing in the rooms we're extremely poor as we could hear the sounds of our neighbours resulting in bad sleep. On the other hand rhe location was great as it was next to the highway and the enormous mall with attractions rhat will keep you entertained for days.

My brothers and I stayed here for one night. I had booked rooms in advance and we had to change one room to my brothers name. He gave his credit card but they stilled charged my credit card. They did credit his Hilton points. He had to write me a check when we got to his house. This is a really nice clean hotel. It is in the new style and is right across from airport, found nice restaurants with no problem. Breakfast was good. Did have a little problem with finding hotel with GPS because I thought it was in Syracuse but you have to put Liverpool,

The hotel was really clean, the breakfast and restaurant were convenient as well as the pool and gym. The rooms were comfortable and accommodated with the weather, with great heating. The people were so sweet and helpful and it was an overall great experience. Especially Cam and Rayelle who were beyond helpful and altruistic.Jonathan (manger of the hotel) made our vacation a memorable one with his great care and hospitality.
