入住的時候房間在打掃稍微等了幾分鐘，進來看到阿姨剛拖完地讓我們小心地滑，密碼鎖也很讓人安心，出門不用擔心房卡問題。
酒店管家服務貼心，24h有求必應，吃完宵夜旅遊回來給他發消息幫忙洗衣服也回覆很快，第二天就能穿上乾淨衣服很不錯

一開始定這家酒店住網上看到的照片和評價都不錯，而且位置很好就定了，結果到了酒店門口已經非常震驚了，根本就算不上是酒店，就是一個老街上的門面，名字寫着五星街但其實離五星街還有幾百米的距離吧。
進到房間裏真的要倒吸一口氣，首先房間裏一直有下水道泛上來的味道，還加夾雜着房間本身的黴味，不過看到圖片就可以想到了，有潮濕和黴味根本不足為奇，味道一直持續到晚上十點多，終於忍不住聯繫了客服，客服處理態度還是蠻好的，但是也衹能拿空氣清新劑來噴噴，掩耳盜鈴做個心理安慰罷了。房間也非常小，牆很薄，躺在床上頭正對着走廊，可以清楚地聽到走廊上各種各樣的聲音，保潔敲門打掃、遊客回來開門關門的聲音，總之睡眠不好的不太推薦。
最後衞生這方面，不多説了，看圖吧。
不是故意黑，這是第一次評價，希望給一些參考吧。

打開房間 室內乾淨整潔 乾濕分離的衞生間 洗手枱 淋浴間 毛巾有塑封 有個超大的投屏 非常温馨舒適 而且離五星街 青雲市場都特別近 最主要房間一晚價格也很親民 我由於我們飛機晚點 酒店小姐姐還給我們免費提供了延遲退房兩小時 真的太讚了 體驗感非常棒 推薦👍🏻

價格在市區中不算貴，住宿的環境、衞生等比同價的快捷酒店好多了，床鋪廁所都很乾凈，地理位置好，出門往左直走再往右就是青雲了，衹有200多米，離五星街也衹有500多米，大華幹撈粉和新月螺螄粉這些都可以直接走路去的，交通方便，房間舒適衞生，服務人員很熱情，樂於提供各種幫助，可以幫忙洗衣服和晾乾，儘管我們比較晚了也還是有幫我們洗，態度無敵好，入住的時候還送了兩杯檸檬茶

地理位置好靠近菜市場出行方便打車去旅遊景點也很快，車費也便宜。前台熱情。出門方便吃飯附近也方便，靠近五星街。

喝奶茶，吃螺獅粉都很方便，去五星步行街拐個彎過條過街通道就到了，青雲市場就更近了，逛吃位置真好…前台小妹還很負責地提供洗衣服務，房間也大，是柳州之行很不錯的選擇。
