Response from Property: Dear guest, thank you for choosing Lishui Baoting Hotel for your second stay and sharing your experience with us. Unfortunately, due to an issue with your booking, we are still unable to accommodate your invoicing and billing needs. During your first stay, you selected a prepaid booking from the hotel. The booking interface displayed "Ctrip Invoicing" instead of "Hotel Invoicing." You and your friend requested an invoice from the hotel, but this request was declined. You then requested a bill based on the amount paid on Ctrip. We informed you that you could provide a blank bill. Ctrip customer service also suggested that you change your booking to a cash payment option, which would allow the hotel to issue an invoice and bill normally. Unfortunately, you did not modify your booking. Because we were unable to accommodate your request, you left us a negative review after your first stay. For your current stay, you again selected a prepaid booking from Ctrip, but we were still unable to provide you with an invoice and bill. After leaving, you gave us a negative review for the same reason and complained to 12315. An investigation by the market supervision department confirmed that the hotel had all the necessary documentation and was operating legally and in compliance with regulations. I hope you understand. If you need the hotel to provide you with bills and invoices, you can choose Ctrip's "Pay at Hotel" order during your next stay. I wish you a happy life!
