Very clean hotel and rooms, we felt very comfortable there (3 nights). The staff was very friendly and helpful, both at reception, bar or restaurant. Main downside is the breakfast for gluten free vegans - much of the menu has animal products and is bread-based so not ideal for us, but we made it work for a breakfast. We didn't have any other meals there, but that's also because we found other places that could cater better to our dietary requirements. What we did eat was pretty good. We arrived very early and the reception staff kept our bags secure until we could move in, a little bit before the standard check-in time as they'd put our room on a "priority list" considering we were already here. The bed was very comfortable, also massive! They were 2 small beds pushed together, but we didn't feel like they were going to get apart or we'd fall in the middle...... The room itself was quite big and while we could have done with a bit more amenities and it was pretty basic, it was pretty good. Nice big TV and reliable WiFi. The highlight for me was the shower and overall cleanliness. Others have said the gym was not super elaborate, but pretty good. The hotel is mostly wheelchair accessible and they have rooms with fully accessible bathrooms, upon request. Also note that if you are staying there, you get a 10% discount at the Wellness centre next door (sauna, juices/smoothies).
