This was a very clean hotel. The service was excellent, and I'd love to stay here again. The bed was clean and super comfortable.

Comfortable, good location which enabled us to walk around Lisbon and very friendly staff.

Have balcony which is good for more ventilation. Room is spacious.

The rooms were much smaller than expected; the photos on the website weren't accurate. Our room was barely breathable, the air conditioning wasn't blowing any air, and the window only opened a little. Water leaked from several places in the bathroom when we showered. On the plus side, when we complained, they moved us to a superior room at no extra charge. Yes, this room was better and had a terrace, but the heat and the broken air conditioning were still the same. However, we were able to open the sliding door to the terrace to let in some fresh air and be able to sleep.

An average hotel. The location isn't exactly convenient; we mostly got around by taxi. If you plan to walk, it's better to choose a more central location. The room was small. The breakfast was good, plentiful, and delicious. They offer luggage storage for a fee.

It's a decent hotel, but it doesn't feel like a 4-star. It's a good option if you need to stay close to the center; the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly.

When I booked the room, I saw reviews saying that the reception staff were unfriendly to Asians, so I hesitated for a moment. No! This is a very friendly and comfortable hotel. The place is small but clean and the bed is comfortable! The Portuguese tarts for breakfast are better than the two famous ones outside~ Unfortunately, I didn't get to redeem the welcome drink. The staff are very nice and there is a very good Asian restaurant nearby (Royal Family).

The room we were initially given was not ideal, but after communicating with Ctrip, we were given a better room. I give this room a thumbs up! I will stay in this hotel again.
