The room is located quite a distance from the main hotel building, up a hill and along a cobblestone street. It was a bit of a struggle getting my luggage there, especially after a long day of travel. That said, the room itself was well-equipped with everything we needed. While there’s no reception on-site, the hotel provides support via WhatsApp — and their responses were prompt and helpful whenever we needed assistance.

Lovely clean apartment, with amazing views, and we even got upgraded to the top floor! Staff were vey helpful and great communication.

Bellissimo appartamento posto al terzo piano con vista spettacolare su Lisbona. Posizionato al centro del quartiere Alfama vicino al Castello.. si raggiunge il Centro a piedi… il ritorno un po’ più difficoltoso per via delle salite 😅. Nelle vicinanze ci sono negozi e ristoranti. Da consigliare !
