The hotel is located in Alfama, Lisbon’s oldest and most charming neighborhood. The staff is extremely courteous and professional, and during check-in they were very helpful in recommending interesting places to visit. The room is pleasant and of a good size; the only small downside was the lack of proper ventilation, which would be useful when taking a shower. Overall, the value for money is good, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff were excellent and could not do enough for us, very knowledgeable and friendly, The room was a good size with plenty of storage, bed was huge and very comfortable , breakfast each day was also excellent with plenty to choose from. Location of the hotel was on a steep hillside so a certain degree of fitness was required. Would definitely recommend this hotel .

The hotel is on the mountain. If you have large luggage, please take a taxi to the hotel! Attractions such as the Abbey of St. Vincent, the Pantheon, and the Castle of St. Joseph are all within a short walk. The No. 28 tram stop is 100 metres away. Buy a day ticket and the train will depart at any time. Fresh fruit for breakfast was great! Snacks, sparkling wine and water are provided free of charge in the lobby every day.

Modern hotel with very tasteful decor. The staff are very, very friendly and attentive. The hotel is right in the center of Alfama, with no public transportation other than taxis/private hire vehicles. The street is quiet, but there are a few tourists and locals late at night. Avoid the lower floors due to noise. Close to the Portas do Sol and the Santa Luzia viewpoint, with the most beautiful views of Lisbon. I highly recommend it.

It was a great experience. The hotel is located along tram No. 28🚃, at the corner of the slope.
