Location was good.. took around 10mins by walking from bus station/train station to the hotel.. the staf very nice and polite.. i also got early check in because they hv an available room..

We arrived at the hotel late at night, and the staff who assisted us with check-in was incredibly nice. We asked many questions, and he answered them all patiently, making us feel comfortable and welcome. The breakfast and coffee are nice, adding a great start to our day.

Overall a very nice experience. The staff was very good and courteous especially David. They accommodated my request to checkin early so appreciate that very much. Very clean, close to bus stops to the city (30 min ride). The WiFi wouldn’t work on the last day but they notified that it was due to a tech issue and that they were resolving it. Would love to visit again!

New hotel right next to the metro station.... really nice room, mini fridge in the room for your beers. Nice restaurant less than 300m. Staff are very professional and friendly. I decided to stay an extra night... The underground from the airport means this could be a great option for flying in or out. Very nice breakfast 😋 I recommend it.

Location is excellent, very clean n modern hotel

Amazing

Lovely hotel, close to Oriente station and shopping centre. Everything was great, obviously a very new hotel. Breakfast excellent with a very good choice. Only negative- very slippy shower base, I slipped and fell, luckily only hurt my foot. It really needs a non slip mat in there.

Very nice design and spacious room I loved

This place I will highly recommend. It’s a five star hotel with great value in my opinion. It’s clean and location is excellent. Will be going back soon and definitely staying here.

The reception staff still shows some inexperience in customer welcome with some potential for improvement.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the train station, subway station, and bus station. It is convenient to go to Sintra, city attractions, and take a bus to Seville. There is a large shopping mall on the train station for shopping. The hotel is clean and the service is good.
