It took almost half an hour for the reception to find my Trip reservation, which is completely unacceptable. The room was really weird: the music kept turning on by itself constantly, and I had to manually turn it off every time. The breakfast had very little variety and was also quite sparse. The most unbelievable thing was that when I returned at 5 PM, they were *still* cleaning the room! I was absolutely shocked. Honestly, apart from the location, this hotel has nothing going for it. I wouldn't recommend it.

Amazing hotel, clean and tidy. Good service. Minus is that the plug sockets are very far away from the bed.

Our Valentine's stay at the hotel was pleasant. The service was top-notch, although the rooms themselves are in need of renovation. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options for everyone. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, just an 8-minute walk from the metro line, and conveniently close to Pingo Doce and Aldi supermarkets.

It was a family trip and I have to say everything was perfect. The hotel was super clean, the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Our room had a simple yet tasteful decor, truly everything was great. We opted for the breakfast buffet, and everything was delicious with a wide variety, and the staff provided exquisite service. The metro station was also super close. Totally recommended.

The room is quite small and I expect to have charging point near the bed. In terms of room quality is not that good. Shower is bit slow and towel feel cheap. The most weird thing is the washroom door doesn’t have lock.

Excellent hotel and great location. The facility was clean

No response on extra bed till we reach the hotel. They claim hotel will not provide extra bed and it was late night. We had to book new room at other hotel for our driver. And the reception request our driver need to walk out from lobby so they can confirm he did not stay with us that night. Such a bad treat from them.😞. Parking need to pay....and the drive way very narrow. We may hit the wall if not careful during drive to parking down below hotel.
