The location is excellent, the reception, hygiene and services are all very good, except that the room is slightly small. It's very convenient to go out and walk around. There is French Veal downstairs, so it's best to make a reservation in advance. The dessert shop in the hotel is also delicious, not too sweet, and is worth a try. Breakfast is a la carte and very rich. Staying for two days can save a lot of money.

Overall excellent Hotel in Lisboa! The location, the staff very friendly and the view in the rooftop amazing. Every afternoon we went to the rooftop to enjoy the view and relax after visiting the city and surrounding. I really recommend the place 100%

We stayed with our 7 month old and it was just perfect. We smiled when we saw the thoughtful teddy bear and Mustela baby product package waiting for us. The rooftop view for lunch and snacks while we waited for our room was lovely and breakfast the following morning was top notch.

Location is fabulous for proximity to restaurants, nearby entertainment and shops but the room and bathroom were just way too small and cluttered for my comfort during our 3 night stay, especially given the price. The bathroom is poorly designed for anyone who needs counter space or has difficulty climbing into and out of a shower. The key to access the room was tricky to use and required several attempts in order to open the door. And in fact, I even accidentally opened the door to the wrong room with my key. The night we arrived and in need of a light bite, we went to the rooftop which had lovely views and ambiance but the menu was very limited and I could not find a single item to order. Breakfast, however, was pleasant with many choices that worked for me. If having a fitness center is important, this is not your hotel. The room can hold no more than 3 people comfortably. Lobby area is also small and not conducive for hanging out, though the staff working behind the reception desk were professional and courteous. Overall, a nice hotel but space is a priority for me.

Friendly staff, superb location, and beautifully decorated enormous suites. No detail went unnoticed from the heated towel rack to the high-end lighting to the treats left each night. The breakfast was exceptional and the rooftop bar provided incredible views. Highly recommend this hotel!

This is an excellent hotel in a great location. The service is top notch especially at the front desk, the doormen and in the restaurant. The hotel is in an incredible location with so much to do and see within walking distance. I had a suite that was absolutely spectacular. The furnishings were very nice and very comfortable. The bathroom and the amenities were excellent. I had a few issues during my stay and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make up for a few minor problems. If you are looking for a five star hotel with incredible service I highly recommend this hotel. I will only stay here when in Lisbon.

Very nice hotel - reception and all services very good. No teabags in the room (just nespresso capsules) so asked for Earl Grey teabags - was given two "free" but was left a handwritten card to say thereafter they would charge 4 euros per bag!! decided against requesting any! Given the price of the hotel and the restaurant, which we used whilst there, its a shame they feel the need to overcharge for something as inexpensive as teabags.

Really lovely boutique hotel. Rooms are very well done, clean and well maintained. Location is central and very convenient, walking distance to Time Out Market and many other places of interest. Staff are helpful and mostly knowledgeable. We would be happy to return.
