Walking distance to town, very basic amenities, receptionist at check in counter could be friendlier

The Anjos metro station is very close to the hotel. The beakfast provide buy the hotel is really good! But , the bath towels tgat Hotel provided are very old and really need to improve one thing very good is the supermarket is just right next door

Very poor. We booked a family room including 2 single bed and sofa bed in this hotel. Once we arrived they gave us a twim room (2 single bed) finally. The staff said the sofa bed need to require in advance, it made us confused why we need to pay more for a family room? The staffs at the reception were very impolite and unfriendly. Don't recommend if you wanna to have a pleasure staying at Lisbon.

Its good i like it

This is the location I saw when I traveled to Lisbon two years ago. There are many similar hotels nearby... Since the signal k is far away, my expectations were lowered. However, the facilities were clean and the floor was wooden, which was nice. As the reviews say, the breakfast was delicious... The hotel I stayed at two years ago had good breakfast even though the facilities weren't that great. I think the breakfast is about the same for a 3-star hotel.

The hotel has extra bed service, is quiet, and is close to the subway station. The breakfast variety is pretty good and rich. Next to it is a supermarket and some small shops. The front desk speaks multiple languages.

I booked a room for 3 people, but when I arrived, I was accommodated for 2 people. After urgently contacting Ctrip customer service, they called immediately and got an extra bed. I like Ctrip's handling. The sanitary conditions of the room are acceptable and the facilities are relatively complete. The disadvantage is that the room is a bit small, a bit crowded for 3 people, the facilities are a bit old, and you can hear the sound of the subway passing by. However, it does not affect your sleep at night.

I don't know if all rooms are the same, but the room starts to vibrate when the tram passes by every two minutes downstairs. Morning was not bad.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Cheese, salami, ham, scrambled eggs, fried mushrooms, bacon, nata, a variety of breads, and delicious coffee and fruit. There was more variety than I expected. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary facilities. The location was close to Baixa and Alfama, so you could walk there. I will stay here again if I come to Lisbon.
