The stay was extremely disappointing. The hotel does not provide proper conditions for guests: the room is in very poor condition, the cleanliness is unacceptable, and the housekeeping service is of very low quality. The listing on the app does not reflect the reality, which causes great frustration and discomfort. I expected to find at least a clean and organized place, but unfortunately that was not the case. I request that this review be registered and that measures be taken to improve the hotel’s standards, as it is not fair to pay for a service that does not match what was promised.

Chose this place since it had 24 hr check in/out option without a fee. I should have kust paid the fee and stayed elsewhere because I felt beyond uncomfortable here. The general state of this room was old and dirty. There were stains everywhere and mold residue in the bathroom. This room was not cheap either and I still paid $100 USD. Hate to say it but if you want somewhere cleaner, this is not it.

The hotel is in a great location near the Green Metro Stop. Room is spacious with aircon and tv. We had a lovely night. They also let you leave your baggages in case you plan to go around a bit more in the city.

I received a poor welcome from the moment I arrived. I don't speak English very well, so the only interaction was the payment of the tax. When I entered the room, a nauseating smell was coming from the bathroom. I've never seen such filth on any of my travels. I went to the Grand Garden for the evening, but it was impossible to get another room; they said there were no rooms available. When I went to bed, I couldn't fall asleep because I felt pricked. The next day, I checked the mattress, and it was disgusting, with springs that hurt every time I turned it. But the worst part was that the bed frame was made of cardboard. The furniture was so worn and rough that it was gray. The sheets weren't clean either, with black stains. The walls were dirty, with repairs that hadn't even been repainted. There was supposed to be a safe, but only the frame remained. In the bathroom, there's a glass shower tray that doesn't stay closed; when I put my brush on it, everything falls out. The shower is clogged, and I have to wait for the water to finally drain before I can finish my shower. The toilet is definitely not new. Breakfast is a disgrace: a single-serve coffee, some beans in sauce, scrambled eggs, a few thin slices of orange and small pieces of cantaloupe. Two yogurts the first day with a badly bruised banana. The next day, instead, two measly apples. Four kinds of bread, but not in large quantities the first day; I arrived at 9:15 am and there were only four sad pieces. There are a few cereals, one of which is just a tiny bit in the bottom of a bowl. Even the staff isn't friendly. Only the chambermaids greet you when you pass them. The downside is that the room is a bit small. There are many advantages: the price is cheap and breakfast is included. Transportation is convenient, with the subway right outside and the airport only one stop away. There's a kebab stall right outside the door that's quite good!

I made a reservation on the spur of the moment due to a flight cancellation, and it wasn't bad. The facilities are old, but it's okay for a day or two. The best thing about it is that you can check in 24 hours.

The reception area was fine, but the room was terrible. The beds had terrible mattresses. The white towels weren't washed properly and had turned gray. The air conditioning barely cooled.

I really liked the hotel, it's large, clean, and the breakfast is very good 🙂
