A very comfortable stay. Comfortable mattress. Quite near the metro station at Marques De Pombal. Have to walk upslope for a short distance though. Not good for dragging luggage. Anyway, the flooring in Lisbon is mainly the same. Uneven rock floorings. Did not take their breakfas not use their amenities so no comments. Metro is near a huge park and city. Conveniently located.

Booked 2 rooms and whole family enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Arianna at reception was so helpful, the rooms were clean and bright, the location of the hotel was perfect as it was just minutes walk to Av da Liberdade and abt 25 minutes downhill walk to the Rossia train station. Breakfast was good with plentiful of items to choose from.. there's even Prosecco for you to enjoy.. Will definitely book the hotel again if I'm back in Lisbon.

The location is great, with plenty of bus stops nearby, making it very convenient to get around. There are McDonald’s and cafés within walking distance, so food options are easy to find. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and even helped me print my train ticket. The breakfast selection is quite complete and reasonably priced—better than looking for breakfast outside. I didn’t really like the bathroom design , it’s not convenient for hanging clothes or getting changed, and it can be a bit troublesome if two friends are sharing the room.

The hotel was in a great location very near a Metro station and very central. There were lots of good restaurants near by, which were very reasonable priced. The reception staff were lacking and in need of much better training. They are the face of the hotel and if they are not happy smiling and attentive it leaves a very bad impression with customers. We found them to be very unapproachable and not forthcoming in their assistance. No smile, no cheer, no willingness to assist. In complete contrast Ruben who looks after the breakfast room was caring, happy, attentive and went out of his way and did whatever necessary to make your breakfast as joyful and perfect as possible. The rooms were clean and spacious although we did have an issue with a green flashing light in the room. I called down to reception and they told me how to resolve this. In general I would recommend the hotel but management need to resolve reception staff issues for it to be a great hotel.

We found the hotel to be good.  The staff were great, very courteous and helpful.   Truly enjoyed our stay.  Great location to downtown.   Highly recommend it.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful . Great advice on things to do and arranged our day trip to Sintra and transfer to our cruise. Great place to stay while in Lisbon

Excellent locations. We had an upgrade on arrival. Got one of the higher floor rooms with balcony. The view to the park was amazing.

We recently stayed at the HF Fénix Music Hotel in Lisbon and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent — centrally situated with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and popular attractions. It made getting around the city very convenient. The hotel itself has a unique and vibrant music-themed design that adds a fun and modern vibe to the stay. Our room was clean, stylish, and well-maintained, with great attention to detail. What really stood out was the service. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and welcoming. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend HF Fénix Music to anyone visiting Lisbon.

The location is fantastic. The Christmas Wonderland just opposite.
