What a miserable hotel. Booked 5 nights and left after 3 nights. Location was great. Rooms okay. But the staff!! Really need training in customer service. Appalling service. On Check in not a word, but just a piece of paper shoved at us to complete. Young girl with black hair had serious attitude problem. Next morning went down to have breakfast. Just totally ignored. Older guy with pony tail made eye contact and turned his back on us. Seemed more interested chatting with receptionist. Do we wait to be seated or just sit somewhere? No idea. Like I said just ignored. We went elsewhere to get food. In the 3 days we stayed there not once were we spoken to. Stay elsewhere, where you may get a bit of service or something. We have spent 6 months in the last 18 months travelling around Europe. Never experienced anything like it. Shocking hotel.

Again one that it's worth visiting. The price/performance ratio is super. Reception is very friendly, as well as the barkeeper. The rooms are sufficiently large and equipped with TV and tablet. Breakfast buffet is sufficient. We will certainly come back.

The hotel is very comfortable, the staff is good, there is no refrigerator, the shower cap should be asked at the front desk, the bathroom only has soap and body wash, no shampoo conditioner, body lotion and the like. However, the overall is quite good, worthy of 4 stars.
Courtyard Linz

Modern Courtyard - clean and well maintained. Rooms are nice and spacious. Quiet location so not noise at night. Parking downstairs very convenient. Did not have breakfast as they charge €24 which is a too high price tag for a Courtyard breakfast. Bar: cozy and very friendly staff. Reception staff: you may run into long waits as the reception also assumes concierge duties which may results in rather lengthy conversations. That is a bit of an issue. We witnessed a nearly endless conversation about where free parking can be found. That is a no-go. Also, strange handling of the EUR 10 per day and person F&B credit you get as Premium client. They base it on US$, thenn apply Fx to equate it to EUR and then install the credit That results in you spending EUR 20 (rouding it up to 20 with tips) at the bar and the running into a EUR 3.96 additional charge (Fx delta EUR 1.98 per person). Total non-sense a bit cheap as well. No other non-US Courtyard I ever stayed does it like that. That is the sort of stuff they should put an end to - it just leaves a mixed impression despite the hotel itself being of good quality. That is a pitty but I have made such experience a few times in Europe this year - maybe a post-Covid attempt to recover cash. God knows. And: watch you Bonvoy account - points don't show up promptly. Again god knows why.
Harry's Home Hotel & Apartments

Capitalist-led hotel. Maximum gain at minimal expense. The dent of time is rough at the hotel. When you go to the balcony, you need to be careful to avoid breaking through the morsous dishes, partly the holes are widely identifiable. Even the table on the balcony, can break at any time. When the balcony door is opened, the dust bubble starts a race through the room. The air conditioning is allegedly cool, but stops cooling at 24.6°C. The ash cup is already going through when you get into the room, a non-smoker is surprised. The defect light switch was exchanged after three-time complaint. The receptionist is a long dialogue shower that is all guilty and that is all right and in good condition. Breakfast buffet is not something for €160,- for the night. The breakfast eggs are cooked for this. There are also some insects in the room that you don't want to take home, see photos

On the first night in Europe, I almost didn't see the room and fell asleep. I woke up at four in the morning. The location is OK, you still need to walk a long way from the train station, but it is very convenient around. Breakfast is good. The underground garage parking space is not very generous, parking requires skills, it is recommended to stay. The bed was comfortable and sleepy. Next door to the hotel is **, you can try it, the train station will walk through a street park, the uncles seriously play chess and moved me... Next time try to live in a smaller town.
