酒店設施比較老，衞生間的水龍頭有銹漬，中央空調未到集中供暖時間，沒有辦法單獨調温度，前台説如果覺得冷了可以多提供被子。上下就一個電梯，等待時間較長。早餐的話，種類不多，很一般，能吃飽吧。身體不舒服，門口掛了請勿打擾，但是客房阿姨還是執着敲開門非給我兩瓶水，挺無語。好在於地理位置還不錯，朋友帶着去吃飯，各種串小區，大概也得10分鐘吧，走着就可以到新琅琊。停車場挺大，離河邊也很近。

酒店位置不錯，靠近特別大的一個湖抑或是河，景色優美，住宿停車非常方便。來這裏才發現，臨沂的夜景真的很漂亮，讓奔波一天的我有時間靜下來好好欣賞窗外的美景。前台服務態度很好，給了我們最高的樓層，讓我能欣賞到大臨沂的美景，很是感謝。

從房間可看到沂河，景色太好了。遺憾的是臨沂道路設計不合理，想到河邊去卻無人行橫道無紅綠燈。酒店早晨有臨沂特色糝湯，還有特色煎餅。

雖然不是最近開業，設施老了一些，但好在乾淨衞生。早餐品類豐富，非常好，停車也方便，河景房觀景挺美，值得推薦！
