Fairfield Inn & Suites Baltimore BWI Airport Reviews

The couch bed was disgusting. They said they will take off some money for it then I went down to see them because while I was sleeping a $20 charge was taken from my account when I got to the receptionist she was on the phone was telling my business to the person on the phonenever looked up my account till I had to be stern and ask her to look up the account, she was no help.

I thought Fairfield Inn was great clean staff was nice accommodating. It was awesome and I would definitely stay there again.

I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean, everything was in order, the breakfast was good and the customer service was excellent! We'll definitely try Fairfield inn & suites again.

Good hotel, location near places to eat & airport, overall good

The people who provide the airport pick-up service have no idea about customer service. They brought me and a man together. They did not emphasize throughout the trip that it was a favor that we had no right to ask for anything. The man began to insult us and the same thing happened. with the other boy who was even more aggressive with us, the truth is that the service leaves a lot to be desired
