酒店位置在景區內，去往各個景點都比較方便，吃飯到風雨橋邊上的幾家小餐館也方便。酒店設施實在一般般，衞生也一般般，洗手間要上很高一台階，如果有長者小孩半夜上廁所的一定要十分小心。洗澡間的擋水線很低，洗澡水容易溢出弄的地板濕滑。馬桶與洗澡間玻璃緊挨着，方便時側身使用。再説服務態度實在不咋滴，訂的科普中心大床房，辦入住時安排去副樓，我們提出疑問後又推説主樓空調壞了，我們説不需要空調又安排在一樓的雙床房，總之百般推諉就是不給主樓大床房，最後發火了才安排上主樓大床房，本來想多住一天就這態度趕緊拜拜了。風景優美，服務不優美。

地理位置好，就在浩坤湖景區正中間，夜景非常美，一定要在九點前入住，否則就看不到夜景了！
早餐雖不豐富但是粉的味道還不錯！
唯一的缺點是沒有電梯要自己搬，不過服務態度好，前台小姐姐很賣力幫助一起搬

設施：沒有電梯，沒有電梯，沒有電梯，停車位還很遠，空調不怎麼暖和，開了很久才熱一點，床墊太軟了睡得腰疼，床品膚感很差。房間隔音非常好，旁邊住了兩家帶小朋友，晚上都沒有什麼聲音
衞生：差評！淡季也不能不換衞浴用品呀？？！浴巾都有黴味了
環境：位置還不錯，畢竟是浩坤湖邊上唯一一家正經酒店，門票棧橋晚上開了燈很漂亮，但是淡季枯水期沒有水，好看的湖面在另一側，我們是從那邊開車過來的，所以沒有錯過美景
服務：離店時候半天找不到前台的人，最後還是打了攜程上的客服才找到，工作人員也太少了，前台時常沒人在
