When I first checked it, I wasn't really amazed by this hotel, but when we were welcomed by Carlos I just felt that warm welcome that I was looking for. Carlos made sure that we were okay all the time. The hotel has a great location, right next to the hotel, 1 minute walk from our hotel room. The hotel room is big and spacious, it has a little kitchen and even a washing machine they also provide Laundry detergent everyday. The breakfast is mostly Chinese, western breakfast is non existent at this hotel and that's one thing I feel they should improve on, but Carlos and his team really made us forget about the little troubles we experienced. If you can't speak Chinese, I'd suggest finding Carlos on your check in. Thank you for an unforgettable stay, we will definitely come again.

The raffles Hainan is fabulous. I really love it’s location right next to the beautiful white sand beach. I also appreciate it is a little further out of Sanya making it very quiet and relaxing. The service is exceptional. Upon checking in we were greeted by Joe, who spoke perfect English and invited us to connect on wechat so he could take care of whatever we needed. Whenever my friends and I needed something arranged or delivered, Joe was on top of it. He is exceptional at his job. We also had massages at the Raffles spa. The service and experience were relaxing and beautiful. My room was spacious with a great view of the ocean. The food is great with both western and Chinese options. There are also 2 pools to relax beside, both with beautiful and clear blue water. Also, the pools were not that crowded, allowing you lots of privacy and room. I’d highly recommend The Raffles Hainan. 5 star service, location, and experience.

The hotel that surprised me on this Hainan self-driving route. The hotel rooms are all in a comfortable and simple decoration style, which is basically the same as the online pictures. The overall environment is very good, and the service staff are also very enthusiastic. The front office staff took the initiative to contact us in advance. , and arranged a suitable room. Xiao Tang added my WeChat account when I checked in. During the period, I always provided butler-style service, thoughtful, considerate, warm and hospitable. The only drawback of this hotel is that it is a little bit biased. When we drove off the highway, it was quite dark compared to the street lights. We arrived at night and it was scary to drive all the way. It was dark and a bit uneasy. When I woke up in the morning, I found that the scenery was really good and there were some delicious food nearby. Distance, either drive or order takeout. There is a large outdoor swimming pool below. There are many toys in the swimming pool that can be rented, which is very suitable for children to play. The hotel staff will also regularly release bubbles for the children to play with. The hotel is equipped with a small hot spring pool, which is suitable for a family. There is also an indoor swimming pool open at night. The water is at a constant temperature, so you don’t have to worry about catching a cold after swimming. The sunrise in the morning was also stunning, so beautiful. The environment is very good, there is a large outdoor swimming pool, and there are water slides in the swimming pool, which is very suitable for children to play. The hotel staff will also regularly release bubbles for the children to play with. Lying on the deck chair is very comfortable, the sunrise in the morning is also amazing, and getting up early for a run is so beautiful. It's a quiet place for a relaxing vacation, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The scenery is particularly good. The equipment and facilities are very good. The gym, activity room, and Sichuan cuisine in the Chinese restaurant are delicious. The breakfast for two days is also rich and combines Chinese and Western buffets. In addition, the hotel also provides five free photo-taking services to guests staying in the hotel. The photos taken by the photographer are also very good. Recommended! I will stay in this hotel next time I come to Hainan! The price/performance ratio is too high.

The hotel composed of villas of differents sizes is located in a seclude environment. The place is very quiet, ideal for couples or family looking for tranquility. The medium-sized hotel provides a peaceful atmosphere. Rooms are spacious very clean and well equiped. We were welcomed with a plate of fresh fruits and a minibar of soft drinks. Fruits and drinks were refilled regularly during our stay.. The staff is very helpful, polite and attentive to your desire and comfort as well as discreet. The Chinese and Western breakfast buffet is varied and abundant. The Chinese restaurant provides a broad menu of tasty Chinese dishes. There are also some Western classical dishes (we didn't try). The long infinity pool with a beautiful view on the sea is magnificent and very pleasant. The beach is far from being overcrowded, you are nearly alone when walking. We stayed 8 nights and we have globally been very satisfied of our stay in Narada hotel. For those looking to spend holidays in a quiet place and in a small-medium scale hotel, here is the place to be. We would definitely recommend it and would certainly come back.

On the way back from the Sanya Atlantis Aquarium, I was going to Nanwan Monkey Island the next day, so I chose to suspend Lingshui. It was the first time I came to Lingshui. I thought it was a good place, so I chose a hotel by the river. The location of this hotel is very good, the downstairs is very prosperous, and the price is not high. I won't hesitate to get it. After entering the house, the balcony is very large, and I can see a lot of beautiful scenery. This is the most regrettable. Give the hotel a suggestion , The facility is a bit outdated, it will be better if it is renovated!

The hotel is really suitable for a couple's vacation! It will be even more awesome if you bring children. The hotel has many children's activities and is next to the amusement park, which is super convenient. The hotel has an exclusive channel leading to the World of Joy. The package ticket purchased can be used to enter the park multiple times, which is very convenient. Be sure to watch the mermaid and beluga performances, 🐳very therapeutic. It took about an hour to drive down from Sanya and arrived at the hotel around 2 o'clock. Thank you Belle for receiving us, preparing the room, helping us check in, and also specially introduced the guide to the park (just for fun). The room is very beautiful and can be seen directly. There is also a small train in the paradise. In the evening, you can also participate in hotel activities and take a dip in the swimming pool, which is very comfortable. Get up and have breakfast the next day, and then you can go directly to the amusement park. After Amway breakfast, I felt like I could eat two servings. This time, the time was a little short and I didn’t have enough time. Come back next time👏🏻

It’s my first time to stay at Weipos Hotel. It is a family hotel with lots of people and a very good environment. There is an adult swimming pool🏊 and a children’s swimming pool. It takes some distance to walk to the beach. The hotel is also building more facilities in the future. The hotel has a free bus to Haitang Bay Duty Free Shop. Tang's work performance is very good and considerate. This time I checked in, the network was being repaired and the signal would be weaker. The construction was noisy during the day.

We stayed for 3 nights and we had a great time. Charlie at the front desk was very warm and helpful. Actually all of the staff are warm and helpful and professionally trained. We're given a free upgrade which was nice. Food was great, worth to be called a 5 star quality; be it the breakfast buffet or room service (big serving portions). It was not very crowded when we were there which is good. Our kids love the slides, paddle board, animals by the kids club, and the new addition this year...the bubble bath. We stayed here summer last year too and we felt the service and everything has improved. Beds are comfy and cleanliness is on point too. There is also a small snack shop which was convenient; however, the jackfruit we bought there was not very good.

Very good hotel stay just one day in it. The stuff are kind and helpful and the price is affordable, initially i took a room there to easy go to cdf mall as it is just at 20 mn from the hotel. The rooms are big and large but have no sea view and the breakfast was poor comparing to the chain hotel name. Pesons who look for a calm and quiet hotel should like this place, not a lot of people and the location is great. Thanks to the stuff member who upgrade us for free( forget his name) but the reception was hell hot, i don’t know why. the kids club is too small and the swimming pool ground injured me wile I was swimming ( but the stuff run to help me immediately) quick and good experience in general.

The room was clean, good view. Unfortunately, the beach has signs of no swimming allowed...so I wasn't impressed by that. The location is absolutely not very convenient to do anything else besides being in the hotel. The choice of food was very limited especially Western food. Also, no halal food or coucher food for other people that can't eat pork...no signs for Halal food. This is the Westin hotel, the waiters have no idea and couldn't help. The only time someone spoke English to me was during the buffet dinner. I came down to have dinner the second night and ask for some English speaking person to help me ordering halal food...the waiter said the manager wasn't there or the chef. I was very hungry and had no choice but to order anything so I can eat...I was really disappointed. Honestly for the price of this hotel I can get a much better service in Yalong Bay or Sanya. I hope the management can try to improve their service and provide a variety of western food and especially Halal and coucher food. You can expect people to pay that much for this Westin hotel and not eat what they need. So disappointed
