酒店位置方便位於桂電信科商業街，整體還算乾淨，除了衞生間的淋浴比較小之外沒有太大問題，適合在附近玩的同學入住。

房間裝修較好，給人的第一印象不錯，還有投影可以用，投影雖然不夠高清，但比同價位其他挺多賓館酒店要好。不過入住一段時間後，叫人來清理垃圾但清理得不及時，房間裏有很多螞蟻，有些甚至都爬上了床，讓人感覺不適。外賣也不能送上樓，衹能放在前台或者放進電梯，不夠方便。還有洗澡水的問題，時間稍微晚一點之後，洗澡水就變得很小，而且洗着洗着水温還會變化，讓人感覺很不好。

作為郊區村社學校周邊酒店，總體還行吧，衞生是可以的，設施也不舊，不能用同價位的城市酒店的標準來評價。
