Great service, east access to Lindau, easy parking. Nothing to complain about.

very convenient place for either a stop over (between switzerland and munchen for example) or for visiting the beautiful lake , which is just a short walk from here (even if you have to find your way around, you can be by the shore in minutes). very easy check-in/check-out process, nice clean and functional rooms, and great quality at the breakfast (we particularly enjoyed the selection of cheese spreads and nice breads). the only small comment is that the parking is quite limited. maybe they should extend it by another row, because the places run out quick.

Very good everything. Modern and fresh hotel . Very nice bathroom. Nice beds .First class breakfast buffet. Free parking outside. Quite room. We will certainly come back if we are in that area. Very good value for money . We paid about 80 usd (74 euro) for 2 with breakfast included in januari 2023.

The room is well equipped, the breakfast is very rich and delicious

Bei der Buchung hat soweit alles geklappt. Leider war zu unserem überraschen vor Ort eine Baustelle im Erdgeschoss (Gastronomiebereich, Empfang, Eingang) weshalb ein Frühstück entgegen unserer Buchung nicht angeboten werden konnte. Hierzu wurden wir leider nicht z. B. per Mail informiert. Auch auf der Homepage war entgegen der Aussage vom Hotel kein Hinweis darüber zu finden. Der Frühstücksbetrag wurde uns seitens des Hotels über Trip nach kurzem Kontakt mit dem Support wieder gut geschrieben. Wir haben uns einfach selbst beim gegenüberliegenden Bäcker versorgt (war sehr lecker). Das Zimmer war ordentlich und sauber. Trotz der Lage an der Hauptstraße war es ruhig. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, mit der die Stadt sowie die Insel erreicht werden kann. Zudem trafen wir auf sehr nettes Reinigungspersonal. Auch der Empfang war herzlich. Trotz der Überraschung ein empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Sehr netter und freundlicher Empfang. Die Zimmer waren modern,sauber und es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Das Frühstücksbüffet war ein Traum und sehr lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Das ganze Personal ist sehr freundlich und es bleiben keine Wünsche offen.

Tolles Hotel mit einem leckeren Frühstück. Auch der Service war exzellent! Auch eine gute Busanbindung ist fast vor dem Hotel vorhanden.

Unfortunately not much pleasant to say here. Our experience was woeful and I would give it no stars if possible. Lindau is beautiful I just recommend you stay elsewhere. My main grip is that we were in non smoking room but it smelt horribly like smoke. Raised it with reception and nothing happened. Had to follow up again and become assertive before anything got done. Nearly midnight before the smell reduced enough (no fully gone) for the family to be able to sleep. Breakfast was average / ok. Parking was a little hard but managed. Service and the rooms wasn’t the best in my opinion. Below average when I compare it to similar places I visited. Rooms are Also very loud from all the road noise. Reccommend to avoid this place not worth the hassle.

Bedroom was excellent. well decorated with lots of space. Possibly one of the largest bedrooms we have been in a hotel. Bed area, seating area (for 5) , desk area and bathroom. Location could have been better, 4 kilometre walk to Lindau island or 8 minute drive. Around hotel area you could walk in 3 minutes to the lake front, there is a McDonalds nearby but the rest is industry buildings. Car parking around hotel is free. Breakfast was good choices and good quality. Restaurant was not open for lunch or dinner. Bar was open in evening. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. One thing I missed in the room was there was no fridge as that would have been helpful.
