Everything was great but the bed was so uncomfortably hard. I’m still sore a day later from sleeping on it.

Their main floor has rooms and conference/party rooms. They had a party one of the nights that I had a business trip. It was loud all night and I was not able to sleep. The rooms are clearly not well sound proofed. The staff and the hotel itself were great, but I was disappointed as the hotel owners should know better not to place guests so close to loud party/events which clearly disrupt nearby rooms.

Great stay. Loved the room. No complaints. Only change would be we wished they would have had some robes in the room and warmer sheets , comforter, or a blanket. We stayed in the king corner room with jacuzzi tub. Really

Hotel is fine for the price. Renovating is happening so should be good when done. Front desk folks really kind and nice.

Not so good bed way too hard very uncomfortable. Linen on bed had me itching. Very strange men walking around that place. And last but not least train railroad is right behind the hotel which was noisy throughout the night.

The hotel was gross, I had an event to go to so I checked in dropped my luggage and departed. Returned that evening and was ready to shower and bed….no chance. The sink was clogged, appears to be bowel movement and **********s on toilet, shower had soap scum stains, rust, and a black substance on the shower edge and door rail. I contacted the front desk they had no other room options for me to move due to being sold out.
I went to the store bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the toilet and sink best i could with what I was working with. Shower head had calcium build up, on the head so I couldn’t even use it to clean the shower so I went without until I got home.
I brought ALL of my concerns to the staff at chemo out. I also contacted *******, no one seemed to care. I have pictured and videos that I sent the hotel to do better for the next guest.

The hotel has unique lighting with flashing colored lights seemingly everywhere similar to the RGB schemes in flashy gaming PCs. The facilities were fairly clean and accessible. The staff were OUTSTANDING: super helpful, engaging, and warm. A limitation was a single elevator that would occasionally refuse to close or not recognize floor button pushes. Because there was just the one elevator, it could also take quite a while to reach you.

The property itself was great. The room was just as pictured and the beds wore firm and comfortable. Breakfast was the worst ever offered by a hotel. The one item we look for in booking a room is the breakfast, this was the worst. And we notified the staff and nothing was offered or compensation

I booked the jacuzzi suite for my fiancé birthday arrived to the room and the fire place didn’t work the jacuzzi kept shutting off. The next morning check out was at 11:00am the housekeeper knocked and walked in our room at 10:15am and I had just gotten out the shower at 10:45am the maintenance man walked right in our room and stated they told him the room was vacant. Overall we made the best of our time but was very unsatisfied with how much I paid for the room and nothing worked. I won’t be returning.
