Parking adjacent to facility at a reasonable rate. Interaction with Jason was wonderful - he helped alter our room arrangements and provided a welcome feeling.

Convenient parking efficiently arranged by Jason. He quickly accommodated our need for handicap resource that I had failed to ask for during reservation.

the room was clean and nice, very cool. beds comfortable, the gym water did not work. Staff was awesome and helpful

Clean room. Staff was not always present in the early morning and evenings. Front door was locked on morning and I had to find a staff member to open it. Otherwise, the stay was uneventful.

Clean rooms. Clean facilities. Courteous staff. Sheets, pillows, tissues and TP leave something to be desired.

Room was amazing for the price we paid for it. Very clean. Breakfast was great as well. Only reason I don’t give 5 stars is that there was never anyone at the front desk so it took a while to check in and out.

The room was absolutely spotless, and it smelled good upon entrance, they had the TV set up, welcoming me with my name on on the screen, the staff was super friendly, and I enjoyed that you could just text them, should you need anything, instead of calling the front desk, which is still an option. The texting was just very convenient, especially with it being an actual person. I would definitely love to stay here again.

Room was gorgeous and HUGE. Spotless, no smells, everything worked. Staff was courteous and helpful.

There was hair all over the bathroom floor I had to clean up when arriving. And there was no pool. That was disappointing. The road noise on Friday was so loud. The windows must be thin.
