Best Western Plus Bentley Hotel Spa

Lovely Hotel, Great location, Staff are always friendly, Sophie on reception was very welcoming, couldn't do enough for us!  a great asset to the hotel

The staff are so helpful and friendly. Breakfast is excellent evening meals are also very good. The rooms could do with updating. The room cleaners could do we’re spending a little more time and dusting where buildup has escaped their attention. With those few points in mind, I would still recommend the Bentley Hotel.

Service was nice, the room sadly was a bit dated, wallpaper peeling on the walls and the rust spots in the enamel of the bath was not good. There was a smell outside the entrance of sewage treatment. The room served its purpose as a place to sleep but as an experience rating it’s a flatline from me. The place needs a bit of TLC.

We choose this hotel as it was close to where our friends live. We booked 3 double rooms and even though we weren’t in them for long, they were lovely and clean. Staff weee super nice and friendly The location wasn’t too bad as we could travel to where we wanted to go. The windmill was a great place to eat and for a good price too.
