This hotel is just right on the beachfront and as such, had one of the best Locations in Limassol. It has been recently renovated and the rooms are super spacious and spotlessly clean. The rooms are even bigger than some of the 5 star hotels I've been to. There is a kitchenette and a lovely balcony. The bathroom is also great with high water pressure (a lot of places in Cyprus have a problem with water pressure so that's important). The hotel has a parking and a nice bar & restaurant popular with the locals. Overall the best value for money hotel in Limassol.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, chosen particularlly because they offer a 24hour reception and i was arriving on a late flight. Rooms were huge and very clean with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and lounge with balconies from the bedroom and the lounge. My lounge balcony view offered me an amazing view over the sea and promenade. The staff were all great apart from the one lady, Marie Anna, who worked in the bar that was rude and really looked like she didnt want to be there. I was told to shut up on several occasions!! One final piece of advice to note for Limarssol is use Bolt for any taxi journeys as you cannot flag one down and you have to ring. When they do arrive the only pricing system seems to be how much can they get out of you.

Really disapointed with the poor standards of hygiene. On the first day we discovered black mould in the shower and dirty cutlery in the kitchen drawers. We put the sign on the door to have our room cleaned the next day and upon our return we found that they only emptied the trash ,nothing else and we even found a cockroach in our room.The walls are dirty and there are cracks in the floor which makes the room very unpleasing to the eye.The only good point was the sea view Very disappointed

The hotel is in a great location, everything is nearby, and what is absolutely stunning is that you just cross the road and you are already on the beach. The staff is friendly, the room was spacious and clean and had everything you need for a pleasant stay (the room has a fridge, nespresso machine, toaster, cutlery, etc.), and the sea view from the balcony is stunning. Breakfast is simple and nothing special, but quite enough to snack on. The only thing that spoiled my impression was the noise coming from the main road, but that's to be expected (earplugs save the day) and a bit clogged water pipe in the bathtub. Anyway, great hotel!

Everything in flat stinks. Bathrooms dirty. Beddings has a weird kind of smell. Would never recommend it. Not worth paying. Basic flat, doors even doesn’t close properly. No basic thing in the kitchen. I would give no star if had an option.
