This is not a 5 star hotel experience. Clearly the rooms need some modernisation. There is for example only fans and no temperature control air con. Our bedroom only had one bedside table. When we changed rooms things didn’t work and we had to get them fixed. However staff were very helpful. The bed was comfortable and there was a good sized wardrobe and shower. We had lounge access which was a much smaller area than we are used to and served a very limited food and beverage selection, however Oscar was a great host and did everything possible to make our experience better. We went to the gym but a lot of the equipment was faulty. It is limited but one treadmill out of the three had a non functioning ramp. All of the cross trainers were not working properly. We also had a meal in the restaurant which was average but again friendly staff. Thank you also to Clara who realised our experience had not been great.

The hotel is very good, the breakfast buffet is very varied, especially the fruit, very close to the weapons square in the downtown area of Lima, there is a court next to it, so it is quite safe, there is a bar not far from the street next to it, Lima The nightlife is still a lot of people, so the road around the night will not be very few people, so it is quite safe, but it is not recommended to be too late.

Pretty good hotel located in downtown central district. Stayed 2 nights. Breakfast was fine, eggs made to order, sausage, bread butter and jam. My room was located directly over the main road overlooking the metropolitan line, so it was noisy. But, luckily I’m not bothered much by noise. A grocery store is located very close by to get water and any other essentials. Loads of restaurants and shopping in the area. I would definitely stay here again if i’m ever back in Lima.

There are scrambled eggs, sausage, bread, coffee, milk, cereal, yogurt, but not enough. Especially yogurt is good, room service staff does not charge tips. It is a good deal to book a car to the airport, and the 5-person van costs only 50 sol.

We arrived in Lima tired of wandering across the country ... And what chance we had to find Lima House! The sanitary facilities are clean and well equipped (shampoo and soap available), the kitchen is very functional, the lounge is the ideal place for resource, the rooms are comfortable and clean and the reception is top! The hotel is a very nice and small career to answer our requests.
