Nice hotel, they give only a small water bottle for drinking water, water in watercooler in gym is not drinkable

The hotel is located on the edge of San Isidro district and a relatively convenient distance to major parts of Lima (e.g. Miraflores, historic centre, and Airport), taking roughly 30 minutes to 1 hour by Uber. It is in a safe and quiet area within close reach of greenery, restaurants, convenience stores, and cafes. Room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. However, for a business level hotel that is part of the Hilton brand, the lighting in the rooms are very poor with only bedside and tableside lights. Breakfast buffet was good with decent variety and continued supply of food. Gym was up on the top roof and gave a good view of the city, though it is small and machines are basic. Housekeeping staff were generally very helpful and polite. Receptionists at my check-in / check-out seemed to be grossly unfamiliar with the process and took a long time to get things done, sometimes asking repeated questions. Some of the breakfast staff was also a little less than polite. Overall a fine experience, but a bit less than the standard expected of a business-level hotel such as this.

This property location is in a safe and upscale neighborhood. It’s in close proximity to a lot of supermarkets and restaurants. It’s a good property.

The breakfast was plentiful, with fresh vegetables and freshly squeezed juice. However, the room itself was quite average and felt rather dim. To make matters worse, there was no heating, so it was absolutely freezing, and the street-facing room was unbearably noisy. For this price, we would have been better off staying at Melia... Luckily, we switched to Melia for our last night.

Facilities: The hotel is very new, with a rooftop gym and a Jacuzzi. The rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows (which don't open), but a kettle is provided. Cleanliness: It was very clean and hygienic. Environment: The surrounding area is a consular district, making it very safe. Service: The front desk staff were friendly.

My stay here far exceeded my expectations, highly recommended! I was thoroughly satisfied with this hotel. The location is excellent, with plenty of dining and shopping options conveniently close by. The front desk staff were warm and professional, making check-in a quick and smooth process. The room was clean and spacious, the bedding comfortable, and the soundproofing excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep every night. The bathroom was well-designed with separate wet and dry areas, and a full range of toiletries were provided. The breakfast spread offered a wide variety of options, and the hotel's facilities were well-maintained, feeling very new. The value for money is outstanding, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Lima!

Clean and tidy, and the staff were polite!

The room was on the smaller side, but the location was acceptable, at least in a relatively safe area. On the bright side, the room was spotless, making it perfect for business travel. The breakfast was mediocre, with a limited selection.

Very bad service,  they have charged me twice reservation fee.

The rooms were clean and tidy, with complete facilities, including a gym and laundry room. The surrounding area was convenient for transportation, and the front desk service was warm and attentive. The buffet breakfast was quite delicious. Unfortunately, none of the rooms could be opened, making the air feel stuffy. Also, the room rates fluctuated a lot. Otherwise, it was all okay!

The location is neither particularly good nor bad, situated in an affluent area. It's a 15-minute walk to a large shopping mall and a 30-minute walk to Plaza de Armas (which can take even longer due to frequent traffic). A taxi fare using Uber is 60 RMB, and a ride to the airport costs 150 RMB. The hotel breakfast is quite good, with delicious fruit. It's popular with Chinese guests, and leaving a small tip each day is recommended. The doorman helps with luggage to the room. The rooms are small but clean, well-designed, and reasonably priced; I recommend staying here. The food in Lima is delicious and suits Chinese tastes!
