Crowne Plaza LIMA by IHG

I was given a wrong room type without any notification. When I find out and was told the room type I booked is out. But I arrived at 11am and check in at 4pm. The room has some bad smell.

Nice hotel in good location. The room is clean and has everything you need.

The hotel is clean and well located. Gym lacks light, some problems with gym doors but the people at the front desk is very helpful

The Crowne Plaza is always my go-to in Lima due ro the convenience of the location to all the restaurants and bars in the Miraflores district that make the Lima experience what it should be. The hotel is undergoing some renovations, and the decor of the room is confortable without being too fancy. The guest services here are exceptional and the breakfast is the best meal of the day with a huge range of options.
