I recently spent two nights at Capital Hotel, and it truly felt like home away from home. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming with staff who were attentive and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after a; long day. The Hotel's location is convenient, especially for business and short visits and the overall service delivery was consistent and reliable. The experience was positive and enjoyable. i would certainly consider staying here again and recommend to anyone looking for comfort and convenience in Lilongwe.

It was a great experience, the environment was welcoming, the reception was fabulous right from the carpark sight. It is a clean and beautiful hotel both outside the rooms and inside. Cleanliness of the beddings, towels and many other utilities. Food was good and variations of the food available made the choice wide.

Lovely rooms equipped with mosquito netting and a large shower. The beds were super comfortable. The hotel shuttle is very pricey 45USD per person but it’s a pretty professional service. Food was great. Overall, a great and safe place to stay with friendly staff!
