The hotel is very close to most of the attractions (including the square), shops and train station. The entance/facade looks awful but when inside the hotel, it was quite nice.

I stayed in this hotel because we wanted a central location with good access to transport. The location was excellent with many shops and restaurants right on our doorstep, we were practically on the highstreet. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming and the cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms was excellent. The facilities were basic. No kettle or hairdryer, but you could ask for an iron to lend. The rooms were very small, perfect for a solo traveler but not so great for a couple. The breakfast was also so/so, however it was also only 10 euros so I guess you get what you pay for. Which I think is the message you get with this hotel. It is cheap and cheerful. For those on a budget, it's great! One thing to be aware of is that the ground floor to the hotel is also a stoop for homeless people. Although it surprised me at first, they really don't cause any trouble and will leave you alone, it's just something to be aware of. I would recommend it for solo travelers and those who want a cheap but friendly and clean stay in Lille.

Slightly off city center. But near enough to everything. Food and shopping at your doorstep step. Rooms are generally clean. Small shower booth. Loose fixtures Get £4 per night if you do not need clean up. You can use it to buy snack and drink at the check in.

Great value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I slept very well here and I am a light sleeper. I couldn't hear any noise at all! Would definitely stay again and I didn't want to leave! Air con works very well and the beds are really comfortable. Common areas are clean and the coffee was great 😊 10/10 and the location is perfect, very central and close to the shops.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center and just a 10-minute walk from the train station. It's really great!

Location is fine, staff is alright, AC was working and shower is perfectly fine. The room is kinda depressing but I wasn’t there much so it’s ok.

Tha air conditions was not working, the réception could provided us a solution, even when they know there was a problem and accept it. The Windows was not able to be open so the room was hot the whole time I highly suggest to consider other hotel of possible

I booked the smallest single room since I was alone. It was indeed small but had everything I needed, practical and very clean. The welcome was excellent. Not far from the train station and right next to the metro. It's in the heart of the pedestrian zone but still quiet. Perfect.

The hotel, location and staff was ok. It is a budget hotel and we do not expect that much. What we absolutt did not appreciate was the shower! The shower was small but that is not a problem for us. The problem was that the floor in the shower was that slibbery what made me fall when going out of it and hurt my head, my back and my hand. I should be forbidden to have this kind of shower!
