All the staff were wonderful – gentle and patient, and the cleaning aunties were very enthusiastic. The bedding was genuinely comfortable; the pillows, mattress, and duvet all fit perfectly, ensuring a fantastic night's sleep. The mountain-view room we booked this time was absolutely perfect, with large windows offering a great view. Watching the sunrise over the snow-capped mountains during the day was breathtaking.
