We are from Thailand, and we had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the view from our room was absolutely beautiful. There are plenty of delicious restaurants and shops nearby, which made everything very convenient. The staff always tried their best to communicate with us and were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We stayed in a mountain-view room, so there was some traffic noise from the road, but it was not a problem at all. The incredible view more than made up for it. Highly recommended!

The hotel staff, Lei Lei, was incredibly thoughtful. She gave us a free upgrade to a lake-view room and even sent us a souvenir – it was such a heartwarming gesture! ☺️ The breakfast spread was quite generous, and you can even take photos of the 'golden mountain' sunrise from the upper floor, though unfortunately, I couldn't wake up early enough to catch it.

If you need quiet for sleep, be cautious about choosing a roadside room. If you go to breakfast a bit late, many items will be gone and they won't be refilled. The location is right opposite Heilongtan Park, within walking distance, and it's also a pretty quick walk to Lijiang Old Town.

Our room had the most beautiful view of the mountains and the park! The location is perfect- about a 15 minute walk to the ancient city and right across the street from the most beautiful park. Easy to find and get to by didi. The staff are so helpful and kind. Lovely welcome tea and fruit, parting gift of flower cakes and coffee, free ride to the airport. Big and varied breakfast buffet on the 6th floor where you can gaze at the mountains over coffee. Overall a great stay!
