Xia, one of the staff members, was so gentle and attentive, and the owners were incredibly welcoming, chatting with us like old friends, making us feel right at home. And then there's Martha, the soft and adorable dog, who added so much joy and warmth to our trip! The hotel itself is fantastic. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the facilities are brand new, and the common courtyard has such a great vibe, with thoughtful details everywhere. My days here felt like returning to a cozy little home. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

The owner was incredibly kind and genuine, proactively sharing off-the-beaten-path itineraries and local food recommendations, without any pretense or superficiality. This made our Lijiang trip even more heartwarming – I genuinely recommend it! Finally found a guesthouse that suited me perfectly for my Lijiang trip! Located deep within the old town, it offered peace and quiet amidst the activity. This Naxi courtyard, with its blue tiles and white walls, exuded a relaxing vibe. The room was clean and tidy, with excellent ventilation and natural light. The bedding was skin-friendly and breathable, making for an exceptionally comfortable stay. The owner was enthusiastic and genuine, proactively offering tips to avoid tourist traps and recommending local food that won't disappoint. There was no commercialized gimmickry, just pure warmth and authenticity. It's definitely worth coming back to again and again!

The room exceeded my expectations. It was close to all the popular spots. When I mentioned I wanted coffee, the staff even called the barista back since they weren't around. While I was relaxing in the courtyard, she came over to chat and sent me tons of WeChat locations for must-visit spots, even advising which ones were only good for photos and not for spending money. The main highlight, though, was the staff's service. She handled all my luggage transfers and was incredibly welcoming, even helping me mail a package. Seriously, next time I'm in Lijiang, I'm definitely staying here again, all thanks to her!

The hotel's location is excellent; it's not far from the ancient city entrance. There's a dedicated person to help with luggage using a trolley and guide you to the hotel. The owner is very welcoming, and the room's cleanliness and facilities are great. The pillows and mattress are especially comfortable. The owner also recommended some nearby restaurants, which were absolutely delicious – no duds! 🥰🥰🥰
